Residence Inn by Marriott Naples reviews
30Fantastic location, super comfy suites for a family and great hotel for the price! The service was amazing. The lady in the front desk was so accommodating provided me with an extra duvet, the breakfast people super polite and helpful, a lady who brought me a replacement hair dryer with a big smile. The beach is 5 mins by car, no crowds and it is close to the Village, great restaurants and shops.
Place has bugs its outdated its not the cleanest. We're almost platinum members and definitely dissatisfied!
Lousy hotel. Bad attention from the caunter, cleaning staff. The nice thing was breakfast.the location is good. But if you go with children, it doesn't even work
Unless you have a hearing deficit, request a room that is not facing Tamiami road. The windows are inexcusably cheap and allow in a lot of road noise.
The room is fine, the kitchen is roomy and set up for a long stay. Pool area is nice and the jacuzzi jet is so powerful it almost hurts, but i like that.
Breakfast is legit and satisfying, eggs and bacon, waffle bar etc.
The place is showing some wear. Our room has what appears to be a hammer head hole in the wall and the fridge door has several dents. Nice tv that must be 35 inch diagonal and swivels to be viewed in living area or bedroom. Very shallow closet, but ample kitchen pantry. All in all a pretty decent deal in a good Naples location.
This hotel smells like whatever people are cooking for dinner. This means curry for dinner every night. For a “Covid” sanitized room I was amazed to find socks from the previous guest under the bed, dust everywhere, and electronics not hooked up for some reason. I had to plug in the tv and all connections and the phone too. Why was all this stuff unplugged? ! Staff seemed annoyed and was just not what we expect from Marriott. We usually try to stay at A Marriott property and know what to expect. This left us disappointed and we checked out early to go somewhere else. Staff could care less that we did. I will say the pool was heated and was fun. The property seemed dated as well. Our shower would not properly drain either and would fill up with water while using it. I reported this but it went unfixed. Would not recommend.
It wasn’t absolutely disgusting, but It definitely wasn’t clean. They’ll only clean your room once a week, even if you ask them to clean more often. There were little ants in my room, and the dishes had residue on them when I checked in. My coworkers and I stayed for two weeks, and were booked for another two, but had to move hotels. There were a few staff members who were very nice, but then there were a few that were super rude. They seemed annoyed whenever I asked them anything. The front desk was mostly unmanned, which was inconvenient when I wanted to buy a water or a snack. We stay in Marriotts all over the world for work, so we all have a high bonvoy status. It seems strange the staff would be so rude
Beware! Stinky A/C, stained carpet floors our room and at the corridors, electrical outlets fall apart, outdated appliances, scratches on walls everywhere, mold on the tub and on and on. A reasonable price per night for it would be $49-$69 in a high season.
One big plus- you want to run away from here and spend time outdoors. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. I believe we have been scammed by Marriott charging us as high as $249 for a room at the place.
Great location unfortunately housekeeping is not available every day and traveling with kids it's a must as we are on vacation.front desk staff no friendly.ladies helping during breakfast went up down to satisfy requests kudos to those ladies.
We stayed in a two bedroom and I have to say the first room we were put in was a disappointment, one room flooded from rain and we had to change rooms. The second room was a lot nicer, maybe stay away from the first floor if possible. The breakfast was okay, it would be nice if they had more options.
The staff was excellent. Our room was kept very clean. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was always well stocked. The bed pillows weren't very comfortable and would love to have a recliner in the room. The couch did not provide neck support as the back was short. The pool was great & the towels were always well stocked. The hotel was very pretty! I would definitely stay here again. Loved having the suite. Room to move around.
You can tell this Resident Inn is one of the older ones but only by the room architecture. Despite that, everything is clean and well maintained. Mixer on Monday - Wednesnesday in the evening are great, got free food and drinks to take make to the room and very welcomed. Drew the overnight receiptionist is awesome.
Very nice and clean and close to downtown Naples. The pool is great, they have an exercise center as well. Would not be a bad place to stay for a while. There's even a shuttle to the beach, and to downtown Naples. This place gets a thumbs up.
We have visited Residence Inn a few times. Each time I am always impressed by the service & professional service we receive. Always a wonderful experience.
Front desk personnel was amazing. Carlos made great recommendations for food. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Suite was big and smelled great.
A regular place I stay while in town. Good breakfast. Rooms decent. Parking is ok with contractors being the wild card.
Trip started off great as they upgraded our room, but it wrnt down hill from there. Staff did nothing to accomodate our problems. Complained to the Assistant Manager and he was very dismissive and could care less about the issues in hotel (dirty tub, tub not draining, and no hot showers). After we called corporate, he then wanted to talk and have a discussion about what happened and how he can make it better. Front desk staff follows their management and not very friendly.
Great location in Naples close to just about anything: beach, zoo, shops, etc. Clean enough and accommodating. Pool is great! The one thing that we struggled with was breakfast. It’s super crowded so go early!
Nice hotel, good service but complimentary food is limited and dinners are waste, run out of food early
Clean updated rooms, great breakfast variety, and a little hot tub and pool. Staff was friendly. The shuttle service to the beach was great!
Very nice suite. Very nice staff. My only complaint is to have better Gym equipment and more of a variety at breakfast in regards to hot food.
