Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld reviews
12Everyone was so friendly, my 12 year old loved the room I would recommend this place especially for family's.
Really great inn, good quality but as someone who isn't from Florida, the tap water is horrible.
Third time saying here this one was the worst disgusting the towels was dirty the room itself was dirty NEVER AGAIN
Hotel was nice, room was very spacious. The housekeeping was great. They kept our room clean throughout our stay and it had that fresh clean smell every time. The only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast because they didn't have much of a selection. BUT the breakfast is free so honestly how much can you complain. The pool was very nice as well.
We enjoy our stay at this hotel. Very clean rooms and common areas. Pool was warm and sparkling. Music at the pool area was neat. Every staff was nice. Overall, very satisfied with our stay. If I have to stay again at Orlando, definitely staying here again!
On 8/18/21 my car was vandalized (front window was cracked back window was smashed) along with 16 other cars in the Renaissance SeaWorld hotel parking lot.
The security didn't know anything regarding the matter until I informed them about the car windows being smashed. Guest had to be waking up out of their sleep at 5: 00am to come down to file a police report. However they informed me it's "park at your own risk". (Mind you it's paid parking). It cost me over 700.00 to get my window fixed plus a day of work. They did help clean some of the glass on my car floor. Be mindful thinking your car is safe on the Renaissance SeaWorld grounds.
Clean rooms for a good rate. The hot breakfast, while not gourmet by any means, was enough to get you started on your day's adventures. A little variety would be nice. Each of the 3 days were scrambled eggs, sausage and a form of bread (toast, bagel, etc) Close to many Orlando area major parks and attractions.
Outstanding rooms, room keeping are quick and make everything nice and clean; while being considerate with your items. The breakfast in the morning is never bad. So I have no complaints, other then the slow elevators. But too many positives, so I'll overlook it.
We stayed in a two room suite. The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had two issues. Since our room was not being serviced I asked for clean towels several times during our week stay. They never arrived and I had to go to the desk to ask for them. The other big issue was that our vehicle was hit in the parking lot but they do not have cameras in their parking lot and we were told to file it with our insurance and they would complete a verification letter if needed. I was shocked to know that they do not have security cameras in their lot. I was told they only have a security guard that walks the lot at night. This was beyond disappointing! But the room itself was wonderful and my interactions with the staff was always pleasant. Especially the concierge, they were very, very helpful!
Terrible hotel! Booked a package to stay here through sea world for 5 days! Didn’t get the room that was promised to us, we were supposed to get the two bedroom family suite and ended up with the suite with only one bedroom.upon getting to the first room it had the worst smell! Second room wasn’t much better. We had issues with the lighting in our room we sat in the dark for 3 days just for someone to come change the lightbulb. We kept calling down to the front desk and was told that a maintenance person would come and then later told that we would not have someone come to our room until morning. We cleaned our own room although we requested room service it was only cleaned when we first arrived! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Great atmosphere an the best hotel I stayed in, it been a great trip coming from New Orleans to getaway, this is the best best to stay while your in Orlando. The service was excellent. The people is aoo humble and helpful! Speaking of that! I came home all the way to Louisiana an left my keys in Orlando in the room. Thank god for that wonderful staff an honest housekeeper but I'm really Greatful for Mr. DAVID THAT TOOK TIME TOO CALL AN REACH OUT TO ME AN MAKING IT A PRIORITY TO Send ME MY KEYS BACK TO ME. THANK god for him an that wonderful staff an god bless
