Our stay at the Residence Inn Palm Beach Gardens was nothing short of spectacular, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality extended by Tom and Tessie. From the moment we checked in until the day we regretfully had to say goodbye, their attention to detail, personalized service, and genuine warmth made our vacation truly unforgettable.

**Location: ** Perfectly situated to explore the beauty of Palm Beach Gardens, the Residence Inn offers easy access to stunning beaches, exquisite dining options, and a variety of shopping destinations. Yet, it was the serene and welcoming atmosphere of the inn itself that stood out most.

**Accommodations: ** Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed, offering all the comforts of home along with a touch of luxury that made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

**Service: ** Tom and Tessie are the heart and soul of this establishment. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot-on, ensuring we experienced the best of Palm Beach Gardens. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, always with a smile and warmth that made us feel like part of the family.

**Experience: ** Whether it was the sumptuous breakfast spread each morning, the beautifully maintained pool area, or the cozy evenings by the fire pit, every aspect of our stay was enhanced by Tom and Tessie's thoughtful touches and eagerness to provide an unparalleled guest experience.

Very friendly staff and very professional. Rooms are very nice and clean. The location isn't far from Juno Beach. I would definitely recommend.

As a platinum member with Marriott for many years I can honestly say this hotels customer service, cleanliness and attention to detail was exceptional - right up there with our stays at the Ritz Carlton. We interacted with many staff during our 4 day stay. Every person greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything.

Update - what started out as an unfavorable experience with the property was rectified this morning. Did finally hear from the property and was able to speak to the Assistant GM, Deisy. I have to give her credit, she handled the situation how I felt it should have been handled initially, it just took a while to get to that point. Splitting the difference with 3 stars - felt it was a 1 prior to this morning, but Deisy was a 5 so have to give credit where credit is due as she was very professional and logical in handling this situation.

Titanium Elite for Life member with 1700 nights at Marriott properties and this experience was very disappointing. From the front desk personnel "Burt", to the General Manager - the customer service, professionalism, sense or urgency, and general care for the customer have fallen well short of what I have become accustomed to from Marriott. To make a long story short - I had several reservations (multiple rooms per reservation) - I transferred several of these rooms to coworkers and cancelled the rest. My account showed that I had cancelled all remaining reservations. On the day of check in, I received a call from "Burt", letting me know they were charging me for a "no-show" fee. I tried explaining the situation and hoped to talk through it to figure out the problem - as I was trying to figure out what the issue was and get more details, "Burt" told me "I don't know what to tell you but I'm charging your card and that's that". I then asked to speak to a GM in hopes of getting someone more reasonable that could walk through the situation with me, was not able to reach them and voicemail is full so could not leave a message. Have tried calling the property several times since then, have still not been able to reach the GM or leave a message. I have now spoken to Marriott customer service twice and opened a case with them, have been told multiple times I would hear back from the GM in 3-5 business days.this is now business day 9 and I have not heard anything. As of today, my card has been charged a "no-show" fee for a reservation that the hotel claims they had on file but my account showed no record of. Not sure if this is a Marriott app issue, but as far as I knew (and my account reflected), I had no outstanding reservations at the property. The resolution seems pretty straight forward. The lack of professionalism by the front desk attendant, and lack of communication/urgency from the GM have me seriously questioning why I have remained loyal to Marriott for this amount of time if this is how they allow properties to treat their most loyal customers.

During our one-day trip, my spouse and I were slapped with a $900 charge for purported damage to a chair in our room—a chair we hadn’t even touched. The shock of this false charge was only exceeded by our disappointment in the complete lack of accountability and responsiveness from the hotel staff, particularly General Manager Vincent Andreula.

Despite numerous attempts to speak directly with Mr. Andreula, we never received the opportunity to address the issue. In our frustration, we sent a detailed email explaining our side of the story and providing evidence to support our claim. However, Mr. Andreula closed the case without as much as a response or an attempt to resolve the situation.

This level of unresponsiveness and indifference to guest concerns is inexcusable, especially for a hotel under the Marriott brand. We anticipated fairness and superior customer service, but our experience at this establishment was far from it.

For future travelers considering a stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Palm Beach Gardens, I strongly advise caution. Our visit serves as a clear example of the hotel’s disregard for customer satisfaction and its apparent willingness to engage in unjust practices.

This hotel has really impressed me. The rooms are excellent—clean and lovely. 5 stars for the service. We appreciate Burt's wonderful service.

Great rooms, great service, nice breakfast. The only negative thing is that the AC noise bothered me. Other than that, it's a great hotel. We only stayed a night, but it had all the basic amenities in the room, including a kitchenette.

This Hotel is wonderfull! Staff is so nice! Rooms are beautifull and clean! Assistant General Manager Deisy Américo is the perfect example of true "spirit to serve" she strives to make everyone happy and always helping other staff members! 100% recomend this hidden gem hotel!

Beautiful rooms and extra nice staff the lady that check us in was friendly to the nines. This was great relief after a string of mediocre hotels with bad staff. This is the place to stay. The rooms are awesome the coffee and breakfast was hot and outstanding. The fitness center was cleaned and open. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a great experience overall. But this review was initiated because I wanted to make sure that Tess was acknowledged. She was incredible and made my stay extraordinary. What a kind and incredibly personable woman. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope you get to interact with Tess!

Great little hidden gem just minutes from the marina. From the time we arrived Thomas welcomed us with a smile and a cookie/bottled water. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. They let us know at check in housekeeping would be every other day which was absolutely fine but they came every day to give us new towels which was amazing! The hotel is very clean, complimentary breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor amenities were amazing! The pool area, fire pit sitting area, the putting green and the barbecue grill area were all sp well kept and pretty. Very relaxing! There was plenty of free parking and even though they were doing construction nearby we never heard it in room 316 facing the front of the hotel. Absolutely recommend this location!

There was plenty of room in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a refrigerator in the room. The typical free breakfast was served. Parking was free and plentiful. We would stay there again. Close to Tanger Outlet Mall and new bullet train.

The staff at this Residence Inn was phenomenal. My husband and I stayed here this past weekend along with some family members as we were celebrating my wedding close by in Jupiter area. Special shout out to Katasha who really went above and beyond to make us feel special during our wedding weekend. And every staff member we interacted with was so polite and friendly. Beautiful hotel as well, very clean and just gorgeous hotel in general. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very nice hotel compared to all the hotels around.
I mean it’s only 2 years old
You can’t mess with that:) nice and new, so spacious, we even had a little kitchen and living room and that was a standard room. Plus free breakfast until 9: 30
I’m a happy 8 month pregnant momma:)
