Residences at The Green, Bradenton FL

Residences at the Green is by far the nicest apartment complex in the area. The complex is beautiful and very clean! The location is perfect.right off 70 and down the road from 75. The staff is excellent! Jennifer and Rae Lyn are very friendly and very accommodating to the the needs of the residences. If maintenance is needed they arrive within 24 hours of your request and they are very friendly and thorough with fixing your problem. I feel very safe here.secure buildings and lots of lights both indoors and outdoors. I was here during Hurricane Ian and had NO damage in my apartment (management even came through to inspect every apartment to make sure our homes were safe) Residences at the Green is a wonderful place to call home! My visitors from out of state say it looks like a luxury hotel when they walk in the clubhouse and pool. 1000% recommend living here!

Front desk team was very helpful and professional making the moving in process quite quickly and without games. Apparently a well running machine from maintenance to front desk everything is cared for diligently. Even tho its a relatively new building they are currently painting it so well kept. We can literally walk to CVS, Starbucks, Publix and many other useful places. The residents are very good here from what we can tell so far, as much as someone volunteered to help us unload the Uhaul truck with some really heavy items. Mostly great people here from what i can tell. Very pleasant stay so far. Nothing is perfect, so the bad would be: noise level its a busy area and this will take some time to get used to. Its also not a cbs structure so with wood you can hear footsteps but hey thats how apartments work. Overall I am extremely pleased to be here and am thankful to live in just a decent place. Security seams on point with gated building entrances and law enforcement on site can’t really feel unsafe when theres a law enforcement presence as residents themselves. There are lots of rules and regulations but thats what makes this place great no misappropriation needed for a peaceful life regarding the best thing here definitely the staff its so hard to find good people these days. The maintenance guy greeted us very friendly and introduced himself very respectfully, his wife is from the same hometown as myself back in the Caribbean so we seam to be off to a great start. I can’t stress enough how important it is for leasing offices to have attentive and smart staff. I look forward to my time here! Pool is huge, residents are respectful and there is an LA Fitness down the block as well. I can tell by the comments of other people that apartment living isnt for everyone, you have to know how to be mindful of others and the rules while many contribute to the enjoyment of all… so clearly no you can’t show up with a boat or Side By Side ATV.i feel like the few bad reviews don’t reflect a bad thing here just individuals who ended up in an apartment when they really belong on a farm its a decent place! We didn’t really decide to move but Hurricane Ian turning our lives upside down and we had to move unexpectedly if it wasn’t for how easy and smooth the team here made things it might not have worked out. We feel more than Satisfied
