This was my first experience with Marnie. She was right on time with the virtual visit and was direct to the point without any waste of both our times. I am retired but my time is as valuable as hers and she realizes that.

My appointment with Resolute Pain Management was conducted FaceTime on my iPhone.
I received a call from the doctor’s office notifying me that the P. A.would be calling me shortly. I appreciated the reminder.
Jim was the man conducting the appointment. Jim was very courteous and respectful and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable speaking to him. He was very thorough answering the questions I presented him.
I would highly recommend this doctor’s Office to friends and family.

I would not do a review unless the doctor did not do a good job. I feel that Dr Kutchera is alway understands the pain I have and he understands that the medications are helping me. He also knows how I take my medications and I have never tried to change the times I take them. This makes going to a pain management office much better and he is very professional. The office is also very helpful and a good group of people

I have been going to pain management centers for over 20 yrs for various injuries in several different states. I’ve been from five star to no star offices. Best choice I’ve made to date is visiting Resolute Pain Solutions. I was evaluated and treated by P. A. Ed Skiba the most knowledgeable, helpful and courteous professional I could wish for. Highly recommend this person and office to anyone. Stay well.

I have two consecutive herniated discs in my back and am unable to do injections or anti inflammatory meds because of other medical conditions. My doctor sent me to Resolute and they have been wonderful! They have been conservative but still completely got my pain under control and always take my concerns seriously. They never rush me through, I always have plenty of time to discuss meds and changes at each appointment. I recently had surgery and they made coordination of my medication for that easy as well. From what I heard of pain management before I started, I was very nervous, but I have been pleasantly surprised at how professional, safe and informative everyone here is. I have been to 3 locations and am posting this in all 3!

I was recommended by my doctor after calling several other pain clinics. Very professional, they listen and care. There was a problem with a script, I had to go to a different location, but they replaced it and it turned out I knew that doctor from years past. Never had an issue with supporting staff. I would recommend them. And I don't like pain clinics as a chronic pain patient.

Horrible people with no regard for patience
You will be treated like criminals and cattle for profit
staff actually said that they don't care when I complained Their management is even worse than their staff
My doctor actually spent half of my appointment boasting about how great and successful he is and the other half of my appointment bitching about his wife leaving him and taking 6 million dollars from him.
They treat patience like cattle and criminals
They expect patience to provide proof of travel if not available for their random calls
I've never experienced worse care from and doctor.they are a money making corporation that are buying up all the smaller pain centers so they can treat patience like cattle.
The actually said they don't care when I complained
don't waste your time they don't care!

The front staff is short, borderline rude. This location is only open 3 days a week, so if you need to re-schedule you will not get an appointment within 4-5 weeks. Went once, never returning.

I was referred here by my physical therapist. I have a herniated discs in my neck with painful radiculopathy in my arm. My me I results showed two herniated discs which were pushing on a nerve and my spinal cord. I called and scheduled and apointment which was two weeks out. Three days before I am supposed to come in and see them I get a call from a receptionist that tells me they can see or treat me
Because of something I was arrested for 16 years ago. Very rude and unprofessional. They made me feel like I was a criminal and they couldn't treat me for something I did when I was young. No other pain management I called seemed to have a problem with this. I don't understand why if this is there protocol they wouldn't have told me two weeks before when I made the appointment.

The local Jupiter FL staff is great. However since all correspondence goes through a call center its next to impossible to get problems with billing or bookings resolved since you always have to call someone else. Walk in the office.you have to call someone else. You never get to see the actual doctor and spend more time filling out form after form after form. Dr. Alvarez seems like a caring physician but he sees you for 20 seconds and the rest is all nurses. Seeing a nurse for 10 minutes to book an injection shouldn't cost $225.00 but it did. Horrible place.

Dr. Alverez and Ed Skiba are amazing, the staff is wonderful and my treatment plan worked well. I am very pleased, they were life savers.
