I spent $73,000 past 11 months and they cannot print me a card because I lost my card and they say they print to many cards for my business this is an on professional I do not have to shop there I have plenty of options

I wanted to share my first bad experience with you. On October 16th, 2021 at 7am I visited Restaurant Depot in Pompano Beach to do some shopping for my food truck. One item on my list was Fryer Baskets search and I had no luck finding them at that store. So I loaded up my food truck and visited the Restaurant Depot in Davie. Still no Fryer Basket in stock. So I reached out to the Restaurant Depot in Miami at 8: 26am to see if they had them in stock but was told that the person in that department wasn't in at that time. I decided to call Restaurant Depot in Boynton Beach at 8: 42am and spoke with a lady on the phone. I had asked her if they had Fryer Baskets in stock and she said " Yes we have them in stock". Then I asked her if she had all the colors in stock and her reply was " Yes we have all the colors in stock". So I dropped my food truck off and took another vehicle to pick up the Fryer Baskets.  After driving an hour out of my way I finally made it to the store in Boynton Beach. I went to the department where the Fryer Basket was located and saw two types of bakests. One of the employees helped search for the other baskets and still no luck. I spoke with the lady who was incharge of that department. I explained that I had called and was told all the colors of the Fryer Basket were in stock. I showed her the ones that I was looking for and noticed that there were two baskets in a new deep fryer. I asked her if it was possible that I could purchase them and she said " You can ask up front ". So we went to the front to speak with the assistant manager and I told her that I was told misleading information. She searched the computer to see if they had any in stock and didn't find any. I asked if I could purchase the two fryer baskets that came in the deep fryer and was told to speak to the manger. I explained my situation to her and thought after knowing that I was giving wrong information. Her reply was " I'm not going to sell you those Fryer Baskets because if they come with that deep fryer, I would have to discount a brand new fryer. I'm not going to do that ".  You would've the customer service would be a bit better know that I had called before making the trip all the way to Boynton Beach. I asked her if there was any way to compensate me in any way for their mistake. Her reply was " You want me to pay you for driving here ". I'm sorry but that comment was unnecessary. That made me furious that she said that. I hope that's not how customers should be treated.

This was great to go into the place and it was not crowded. I was able to find the items I needed for making desserts and they had the pastry bags with different designs. I will be back next month as it will be Christmas time and need to get more items. I had just a few and there was an open register taking people with a few items as the other cashier's were taken the ones with the bigger items.

Cramped, because a hundred or two trucks are parked helter skelter (this is a semi-trucker review) up, down and across. The street leading to the dock was completely one lane because apparently this place doubles as a truck flop-house. Once you get past all the trucks, it's an easy back and they are lightning fast unloading.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Very rude and unhelpful staff. This is a shame as this location is fairly new but clearly not properly trained staff.

I visit this place and the place on 45 the street. I always wondered if this business understand that they are doing business with business owners. It's very difficult to get help and the way it's organized especially packaging products, wish it would be organized better to understand sizes and samples. More and more I am shopping online but still have to come for fresh produce. Wishing the managers to work harder.

It's a lil unorganized, but the products they offer are great and cheap. There clearance section is mostly always 50 percent off. Restaurant depot is amazing.

I come in once every 6 weeks or so to buy the 5 oz. Tyson frozen chicken breasts, perfect to thaw in the refrigerator overnight and cook for dinner the next day. They weren't on the shelf so I asked, and CJ was super nice and helpful.he pulled it up in the computer and hunted down a box for me! Thank you!

RUDE cashier. I accidentally walked into the wrong door and you would have thought I had stolen something.she is embarrassment. I left, too bad, this store is 2 miles from my home and 5 miles from my work. Looks friendlier than my experience. Some people are not meant for customer service!

Shopping here since it opened has gone down hill. Don't know who does the inventory ordering but should be replaced. It has been a waste of time going anymore. The little stock they have is placed in all the isles. Want seafood roll the dice either out of stock or can't find any employee to get what you need.

I have been coming here since they opened. I was happy to have a close location to my restaurant in boynton however lately they have been out of everything! Whenever I go there are complete bare shelves no flour, baking soda, gloves, sugar, etc. They say because of pandemic, but the other locations all have everything. I have to call first before I even go to make sure they have the main things I need, and like now they put me on hold for 30 minutes. Half the time when someone comes back after having me on hold they have no idea which item I am talking about. In addition when I go the workers are always complaining about their jobs it gives you a really bad vibe if they workers there hate it that much imagine what kind of company it is. I really wish there were more options in my area. I am only giving it 2 stars because there is nothing else in the area so I am stuck going here.

All restaurant depot's share the same issues. They service people in the service industry however they have 0 regard for those people. They will run you over with their forklifts and literally run from people that ask them questions. They constantly put product in the wrong places and under the wrong price tags so you get to register thinking you have one price and turns out your completely wrong. You would think they would honor this. NO. They on more then one occasion have made me get out of line and get an different product. Then when you do get through the line harass you on the way out like your stealing I completely understand checking a reciept in a large box store like Sam's or Costco but the registers there are 7 ft.max from the person checking these reciepts. There is no service there they are like walmart back in the 90s if it were not for the price and selection nobody would shop there. To be honest they are starting to get passed by other competitors on both of those also

This place is poorly stocked. Been out of Roast Beef for like 2 weeks now and no one seems to know when more is coming. I have been told so many different dates and wasted time driving here at least 5x only for them to be out. Also out of sliced turkey breast and ham. These are core items. I am forced to drive to GFS and pay a bit more but they always have these items and they are a quarter of the size and open to the public.

Don't buy meat from this place. Bought meat that was going bad, they don't want to take it back. Call the store and the customer service person puts you on hold and never picks up.

Very inconsiderate and rude staff during the covid pandemic not wearing there masks and not socially distancing Like the cdc recommends at this time
