Terrific job from start to finish. Robert came in assessed water damage and made a plan. Andy, Aaron and Mike did thorough job in removing damage, drying water out and setting up equipment. Steve did a beautiful job on our walls and cleaned up after he was done working. Thank you to Tracy for her coordination.

We called in somewhat of an emergency and Robert came by same day and had his team take care of the issue. Unlike other companies that came to quote restoration, they actually found the source of the leak. Robert is so great, we loved working with him. Andy, Aaron and Mike were also fantastic, thank you for everything!

I referred them to a client & their estimator caught something no one else did…the source of the leak! Even better, he pulled aside the blinds & showed me the meter readings. They understand how water travels when it gets in. Their rates were not inflated. Their workers were polite and appropriate. I’ll recommend them again!

This was a top notch company that came to our rescue when we discovered a bedroom water damage situation. They found the issues and the repair work began. We had a leak inside the Block wall Dec 22 and Restoration 1 did a great job removing the old cabinets, dry wall, tile flooring and drying everything out. They did not remove all the cabinets because they all were not affected but I did get a brand new kitchen and we made it bigger than it was. I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone they were great!

My husbands' grill had a grease fire from a dirty grill and it sooted up our outdoor kitchen and lanai area. We had Restoration 1 clean the wall, vent hood, ceiling and grill. Andy and Michael did a great job! Everything looks clean and new now!

When my family needed some extremely technical home restoration, Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay was my only choice. I've known David Adams for over 20 years and knew anything he's involved with will be done thoroughly and with no stone left unturned. I was not disappointed. We had mold cleaned from our AC and ductwork last week. We were informed about the process before it started, and we knew what to expect. Technicians arrived on time and did a thorough job. I really appreciate their answers to my questions. It is a huge relief to have the mold cleaned— it was a BIG job. Thank you to Robert and Andy for their excellent work.

All of the guys I encountered with Restoration1 (Robert, Andy and Aaron) were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Robert explained the mold remediation process; Tony handled the mold remediation process expertly and explained things before he got started. Andy was also very professional and made sure he kept things clean. Traci at the office was also very helpful with scheduling. Once it was time to have the containment area removed, I contacted Traci and the guy were at the residence within the hour to remove everything. Both Andy and Aaron were efficient in removing the containment. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a pipe burst at my house and we called Restoration 1. They came to our house quickly and were so professional. They got rid of all the water that was in the house. Aaron and Jeanette were friendly and easy to work with. Great company and I would use them again!

A huge thanks to Andy, Robert and Traci at Restoration 1! I accidentally flooded my tub upstairs and it overflowed into my kitchen dining room. Traci scheduled the team for immediate inspection and Andy and Robert were out the next day to dry out my kitchen right before Christmas. Thankfully there was no mold! Highly recommend Restoration 1!

Restoration 1 came out to check on my house. A few days before there was smoke in my kitchen, but fortunately I opened up the whole house to let most of it out in time. He gave helpful suggestions on what to do to get all the smoke smell out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly suggest Restoration 1.

We had interior water damage from Hurricane Ian. Called Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay on Wednesday and on Saturday, David Adams and 3 other men came to our home and removed the wet insulation from our ceiling. They left our home in perfect condition and did what they said they were going to do. They left industrial fans to dry out any remaining wetness. The men were all professional and friendly. We would definitely call them again if we experience any issues within our home in the future.
