9Very nice money making machine. That's what this is all about $$$. Roll as many people through this office in a day, don't give them very good patient care or information. Try to do an in office serious surgery without lending much confidence, information or patient service and you found the right place. I'm sure Dr. Eaton knows what he's doing, he just has no personality to convey it. I ran out of there and went to Tampa the same day.
Been trying for two weeks to reach the medical assistant and after FIVE calls she's yet to return my messages - her name is Mandy and she's TOTALLY incompetent. Beware she's useless.
We make an appointment 11am. We are early like expected. They put us in a second waiting room. My mom got in 3: 05pm. This is normal for this place
If you're retired and don't mind spending the day here, the staff is very nice.
But if you have a job, make sure to put in for a vacation day as this will easily take up most of your day! At min it will take 3 - 4 hours, be ready for it!
Appt was at 10: 30am, currently 1: 15, still have not seen the Dr!
Dr Gravelsen is best giving shots in the eye. I have shots for over 15 years ever month and she is the best.
I spoke with Sandy on the phone extremely helpful and very upfront and was more concerned about my well-being than anything else if you call the office Sandy will tell you everything you need to know. I don't know what these people are paying her but it is not enough
Would have been over 2 hr visit just to get my eye pressure checked post- surgery, had I not walked out. No respect for anyones time. Clearly they need more doctors!
Had an 8 a.m appointment. The techs were great and completed all the preliminary work expeditiously. However I had to wait 40 minutes in the exam room for the doctor. Once she showed no apologies for the delay and 30 seconds into the exam she left to take a personal phone call. No respect for the patient's time.
