Retractable Awnings - Best Retractable Awnings, Miami Gardens FL

I was looking for an awning built with high quality and solid components, chains in the folding arms, and adjustable pitch. Retractableawnings.com delivered exactly what I wanted. Rocky in the service department was easy to reach and very helpful with installation suggestions.

Poor customer service, I requested a quote and they replied to me quickly asking additional information for them to provide a more accurate quote, I sent all requested info and never heard back from them again, really unprofessional and questionable company. I wouldn’t recommend it. I am actually adding the email screenshot with a follow-up note because the business response in this review is just ridiculous, stating that it’s actually my fault, this just confirms how poor the customer service is.

Trash Service been waiting for over 10 days for a response.waste of time.

And dont try to call they never pick up.

It is crazy that your response to my review is quicker than your response to my emails and calls.

And it seems like you didn’t read my review. How can I call for a quote when you guys never answer!

I am tired of hearing this A+ better bureau stuff because the customer service that I got was the worse I have experienced. I tried to speak to some one else.use 1 for sales.no answer.used two for parts.and used 4 for receptionist guess what she answer once out of the 20 times that I called and I asked her for a new sales person but she gave me back to Eric.the surgery excuse might have worked 10 years ago but anyone with sense should know to have their work emails forwarded to a colleague when they are out of office. It just highlights the lack of organization and customer care. (Atleast set up auto response to emails when out of office.lol)

And please note I dealt with Eric personally he is just trying to cover up his mistake and to discredit an honest review.

Come back with a better excuse that out for surgery when I called and emailed for WEEKS and when I asked for a new sales person I was told that he never received my email and was unable to switch sales people.and also looks like your record has been tarnished.

Got a quote, that was four months ago, and from there it's been impossible to move forward.
