The Jacobs ladder and stairmaster are great tools for a flatlanders preparing for elevated events!
I appreciate the atmosphere being inclusive of varied levels of fitness.
Inviting and relaxed. Staff are friendly, in a low key manner.

Awesome gym, great atmosphere. All the equipment you need to get stay in shape. The staff and patrons are friendly. I have a great workout every time I go. It's an old-school gym but doesn't lack anything you need to be successful in reaching whatever goal you're going for.
