We walked into a home with many issues that were not resolved during our stay. Please keep in mind that if you pay to heat the pool they will have no intention of reimbursing you if the pool/hot tub fails to heat up. Also the shuttle to Disney that is offered is a 12 passenger van that runs 2 times a day. Good luck getting on.

We booked a 4 week stay at Reunion via Top Villas. Reunion as a resort is fantastic however beware of booking via Top Villas or Reunion/Florida vacation homes. Whilst Top Villas have been somewhat responsive they are only a middle man to Reunion Vacation homes who are managing the property. Paid over £700 for pool heating which has worked for 4 days. They left us without a highchair for 48 hours and we have two babies. The wifi doesn’t work. The lights downstairs don’t work and despite two engineers coming out they still don’t work. Charged £300 for a midstay clean and it was one cleaner for 3 hours! We paid £12,000 for this property and the service is shambolic, they just do not care. Book via someone else who isn’t just going to con you and ruin your vacation.: (

This is long but important. Do not be fooled by the beautiful photos and attentive customer service from Florida Vacation Homes/Reunion Vacation Homes before your arrival. We arrived to a beautiful home, but it became immediately apparent that FVH does not care for their properties. An non-exhaustive list of issues included bedrooms with no working lights or fans, tiny bugs all over the kitchen counters, no phone, no hot water and no internet. There was garbage and uncleaned furniture in multiple rooms and broken items included a chair, garbage, pots, pool fence and pool tiles. It was clear that these were problems long before our check in and most were not resolved by the time we checked out, including lighting, fans, phone, the bug infestation and the internet went out every time the tv was turned on.
However, the biggest issue by far was that the first time we tried to use the stove on the first day, there was a major gas leak from the stove and the home had to be evacuated. A FVH maintenance person came and turned off the main gas line and instructed us not to use the stove until someone came the next day. No one came and when I called to find out why, they said the service call had been cancelled because the maintenance person who had attended the day before said he had fixed the issue and there was no leak. The FVH rep on the phone was adamant that the home was safe and we should turn the main gas line back on and resume using the stove. That same maintenance person from the day before happened to be at the house when I made the call and was shocked to discover the call for a technician had been cancelled and firmly denied telling anyone the issue had been fixed as there was clearly a concerning leak that had to be addressed by a professional.
At my insistence, a technician did attend the next day (Tuesday) and quickly determined that there was a gas leak that produced “a lot” of flame and told us if we had turned the gas back on it would have been fatal. He filed a written report in my presence to confirm the leak and the safety issue and said to keep the gas off until it was repaired. Two days later I called AGAIN because we hadn't heard anything a different FVH rep stunningly insisted again - completely contrary to the tech report - that the stove was safe to use and there was no leak. When I finally got through to a supervisor, that person told me that he had only learned about the leak “an hour ago” and that he would have to send yet another person to confirm it. I asked him to listen to the calls from his staff insisting the stove was safe and then we would speak again. I never heard from him again. The 2nd tech did come late Thursday and confirmed the leak and that the main gas line needed to stay off until it was repaired. I never heard back from FVH either on that trip or since, despite multiple attempts to have someone respond to me since returning home. I spent far too much of my vacation week on the phone with FVH or dealing with workers (10 visits in total) who attended the home only to confirm there were problems, but not to fix them. There were constant promises that “we will get it resolved" and "we won’t let this interfere with your vacation” only to leave it all unresolved and a stove that was not only unusable for the entire week but would have been fatal to my family of 7 had we listened to FVH customer service reps.

Renting a townhome in Reunion with Florida Vacation Homes was an excellent experience! So much that we decided to extend our vacation. The home was spotless, and was exactly as advertised. Florida Vacation Homes always answered the phone immediately and helped make any modifications necessary to the booking, and answered any questions we had. I am definitely going to be a return customer! Excellent work FVH!

Great apartment, very spacious and very comfortable and all the equipment as expected. I don't think the Apartment had been used for some time though, whilst all surfaces inside were dusted and tidy, the terrace / balcony area had not been swept for some time. There are some minor decor issues ready to be sorted, net curtains badly worn, but other than that all good.
A few minor issues, really with communications;
The Internet went down for the whole resort for several days, whilst not the letting agency's fault, there was no communication, despite asking, as to when and how it would be back up again. For sure a first world problem, but when Disney require such an emphasis on online booking space / rides it was a major inconvenience.
The ice maker in the fridge / freezer unit didn't work. I reported it, was promised a fix, but that didn't happen.
This is a great location and a really nice resort and would definitely use again.

From the start of our holiday to the end, everything was exceptional. We loved the villa from the moment we stepped inside. The place was immaculately clean and we were extremely impressed with how the villa was kept. We shall definitely be recommending them to everyone we know. Thanks to Sean for being so helpful, from questions surrounding the villa to local recommendations, he was extremely insightful.

My stay here has been nothing but spectacular omg I can’t go back to a Disney resort now! I will only book here from now on! I’m also going to be looking to purchase one of these next year! Love love love this and the staff and rep that called me everything was perfect 10 stars

Great setting but too many issues with the 5 bed Villa.
BBQ left by cleaning company too filthy to use.
AC went wrong - 48 hrs to fix.
Paid for the pool to be heated. It never worked properly. Filters and pumps went off. Took 4 days to get sorted after water started turning green
Refund offered, then refused!
Pool tech came in yesterday and told me there was an issue with the equipment and he would prepare a report. Also took pool temp which was below that stated in their brochure. I’ve gone back to them again and asked for a refund.
I await their decision…,
Way too much time of the 14 days here spent dealing with this nonsense!

We are extremely disappointed with this company! I spent hours looking for a trusted place to book our family vacation. Unfortunately, this place was not it and they are not to be trusted. We spent days calling, emails reporting several concerns with the property. I would strongly recommend that you stay clear from booking with this company.

Stayed for 7 days. Condo looked just like the pictures. It was clean with all the essentials provided. The resort was enjoyable.the waterpark fun.food at Clubhouse tasty.and one shuttle driver in particular was such a wealth of information and soooo enjoyable to talk to.
My family and I SHALL return!

2nd floor Bedroom 1st on the left side of stair well:
Bed worn; Bed linen worn; light fixtures outdated ; bathroom sink clogging up; shower door doesn't close; no towel rack in bathroom; shower head is cheap and to high for shorter people; towels had holes; ceiling fan has only one speed; sink was not properly cleaned; Bathroom vent fan broken.

Stairwell: frame is loose at the top-safety hazard for children; needs a painting

Movie room: AV system- surround sound does not work; AV system was dirty.

Kitchen sink:
garbage disposal does not work; under sink has mold and very damaged; holes are in the frame under the sink; kitchen knives are dull-worn; kitchen mop- no cleaning pads; oven- extreme cleaning needed; dishwasher door broken.

Insect problem:
flying roaches and insects daily removed- lack of pest control being done.

Ceiling fans: all need replacing. Most missing pull strings

Outdoor area:
pool tiles cracked and coming up; bottom of pool tiles cracked-safety issue; pool slide screws loose- safety issue; grills were filthy on arrival-small grill cleaned only; outdoor chairs moldy looking and dirty; tables were not cleaned; pool table: needs to be remated; pool sticks need replacing.

Front of home exterior:
pressure washing needed; front door needs painting

Downstairs furniture:
Several pieces damaged in main living room area -sit at your own risk. Sitting area furniture was fine. Based on rules cannot move the furniture.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Reunion. Our 3-bedroom condo was large, clean, and well decorated. The beds were comfy and the televisions are large and had amazing pixilation. We enjoyed the lazy river and resort pools. It is centrally located and secure. We would definitely go back again.
