Too expensive! You have to wait a month or more to get your machine in for repair back. Errogant and Condensending, Lies alot! Treats employees badly and lies about former employees.vindictive, Narcissistic.

I got the part I needed when I needed it. Only misunderstanding was when I called it was $25 and when I picked it up it was $37. But it is oem and I needed it

Needed to stop and get a chain for a pole chain saw and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice to see good customer service these days. Nice experience…

Their star has fallen. I had a lawn service in the 80s for nine summers in South Brevard area and never had to use rev cut services. But they have been here a long time.soooooo as a homeowner I took my Echo weedeater in to get a split fuel line replaced. I figured I would “test the waters” and then possibly get my stihl chainsaw worked on if all went well. I dropped it off on June 16 and picked it up August 11 …. IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED.believe me … I “get it” about it being THAT time of the year as far as repairs and it’s going to take a while …. I know …. I know …. But when I called it was always the same story of them not having any help to fix the stuff!? I feel like after almost 2 months I gave them a LOT of leeway.i wasnt even a pest about it.so I go in there just to get the thing …. And wash my hands of this place (!) and there’s chaz on the phone blowing somebody else off with the blah blah blah “we’ll get to it and we’re putting it to the front of the line “ spiel.same kind of stuff he was telling me! “ the guy I dealt with at the counter very callous about it all. He said that they had been busy.didn’t even apologize. I said for almost two months? To replace a fuel line? Oh come on! And then his answers were …… OK…. Fine…. Very brusque. And then when I told him I was going to put a review on Google about them; he says “fine. ” & “Goodbye. ” Dear Reader: …. Take your repair somewhere else!

Purchased a mower from Rev Cut when came time to get some service, Was very poor, was told mower will be done in a day or two, I was told that twice, when day 5 rolled around I went and picked the mower up with it not fixed,
When you tell someone a certain time frame and you tell the customer, now your messing with my reputation, so I don't think I will be a repeat customer unless they want to make it right. This was warranty so don't expect them to honor it. When I tried to talk to them didn't want any part of what's right.

I always take my humble push mower in every spring for a general readying for the long mowing season ahead. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot a young man rushed over to help me unload it from my truck! The work was done in a timely manner and that 1st mowing was perfection! I've been coming here for years.always satisfied.
