My family is very happy with our experience with Revival Homebuyer. Due to sudden medical problems we had to sell one of our houses. We were not looking forward to the multi-step project. However, EVERYONE at Revival Hombuyer helped us tremendously. They walked us through every step (which was a lot less by selling to them), and they were honest with everything they told us. Knowing that we could have sold the house for more money if we took the time to remodel the house ourselves, we did not want to take that task on. We didn't have to worry about cleaning out the house which had decades of stuff still inside it, contractors showing up on time, materials being available, materials being affordable, realtor costs, closing costs, etc, etc, etc. Revival Homebuyer took care of all of that for us, Time is money and we walked away with less money than selling on our own, but more family time, and less headache, worry, delay, and all the other conflicts this project would have meant for us.

Carissa Henshaw and her team were amazing. They understood our situation and bought our house in record time. They are extremely understanding and treat you like a family all the way to the end. I would recommend using this company over a larger company just because of the fact that you get personal attention and do not have to wait on hold for hours to get a response.

First off - I highly recommend this company! I cannot say that enough! They made this whole process so easy and so fast. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they basically handed it to us on a silver platter! They worked with our time frame for leaving, they worked with our times for closing. They had a mobile closer come out to our house. We had a really bad experience with our last closing and this company really raised the bar for future companies. Between Lindsay, Carrissa, Dale, Joseph, & Courtney - they are an amazing team. I jus cannot say enough good things about this company!
