I am not one who posts reviews, but I felt the need to do so. I live in N. Y.and have always used "Juan" Reyes Air Conditioning since we purchased the home over 15yrs ago. Juan was always soft spoken, professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

Recently, I had an issue with my AC when my neighbor went to check in on our home. I called Juan, who answered his phone and he set up an appointment for me and had Alex Reyes out to my house the next day. Keep in mind, I'm in N. Y.and when Alex called me, I explained my issue to him. Throughout the service call Alex kept me in the loop. He even waited on the phone with me to make sure that I closed my garage door remotely. I cant be more thankful to have them in my corner when I need them. Both Juan and Alex are true gentlemen & If you are ever in need of any HVAC work, Reyes is your place!
