Women on reception was quite rude and no quotes given unless you send in the items to be done, not exactly a great service?

I have called this place to get a price quote on Chrome dipping and I call during normal business hours. The person that is in charge of it is never there. I’m sick of waiting my time just to spend my money. I will hope somewhere else. Very bad business.
