I had an issue with the DMV that was headed for disaster. Florida will not register a car in your name unless you have insurance on it. I did not know that. The seller was only available on that day. I called Ric Coffey and told him the issue. He took the new car information and within minutes I had insurance on the new car and an email with the insurance policy information for the DMV. Got it done because Ric provided me with first class customer service. I have been dealing with Ric since moving to Florida twelve years ago and he's always there when I need him.

My representative Margaret did a terrific job setting up my accident claim. She was very prompt and got me to the correct resources.

I currently do not have a lot of business with State Farm, but Ric and his team are fabulous. I am going to consider State Farm on future business

I just had an extremely unpleasant exchange via email with Julie Barbieri. I emailed to inquire about why my State Farm Credit Card was all of a sudden inactive (apparently there was a switch to US Bank). I asked for my most recent statement (so I can pay it) and for them to look into why I hadn't received a new credit card in the mail yet to active. Her response to me was, "This is your insurance company. Not your bank, I have no idea of knowing where your card is. You need to call your bank for that. " I have heard bad things about Ric Coffey through the State Farm grapevine and it appears he hires very rude, nasty and unprofessional people to run his business. The way Julie has treated me today is appalling! It's really not that hard to just be nice and courteous especially to clients that are paying you! This agency and these people do not deserve your business!

Julie was excellent. Although there wasn’t all that much extra that could be saved on my monthly payment unfortunately (especially with no accidents or tickets), she was exceptionally helpful and kind. Keep people like that around and pay them well!

There was a little difficulty connecting by phone, but I had called late in the day. Later I was contacted by a friendly and helpful associate of this office who provided me with a quote on home insurance, and I'm inclined to contact this office again in the future.

Been with them for 10+ years and they always have the best rates and great service. I was insuring new truck and Sandy mentioned they provide loans. The auto loan rates are lower than the best one offered by the dealer, I not only have great insurance, I now have a lower truck payment. Win, Win.
