Rice Asian House, Sushi & Thai, Sunny Isles Beach FL

Going to this restaurant for years and while the food and the portions are ok at the restaurant, on delivery, it’s horrible. Food is tasteless and dry, portions are tiny. You’re paying more on delivery and getting less food. You feel like they really ripping you off. No more delivery for me for sure.
Very disappointing, used to love the place

Good value food with HUGE portions. Went here twice during my visit and couldn't finish my meal both times!

Seafood is not fresh like other products, when I refused to leave a tip and said that it was not tasty, the waiter said that it was not his problem in a rude manner

We arrived around 5: 30pm on a Saturday. The place was not busy & we were seated immediately.
We ordered an appetizer of calamari, a California roll, beef fried rice & shrimp pad tai.
The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive.
The calamari came in vary large pieces & was so tough we couldn’t bite through it to take a bite.
The California roll was great.
The beef fried rice smelled awful & the beef tasted old.
The shrimp pad tai only tasted like peanut butter & was not appetizing at all.
After leaving the restaurant our stomachs both started to hurt. We were both up all night sweating & using the restroom. We’ve missed out on a whole (very expensive) day of vacation because of eating at this restaurant.
I wouldn’t eat here again if it was free.

Usually I get different kinds of chicken from various cuisines and cultures. Maybe it was an unfortunate choice of food in this particular cafe but both of the chicken dishes they prepared, were, politely said, not up to my taste. Chicken Noodle Soup and Fried Rice Chicken smelled very unpleasant. Once the bowls (for me and for my son who also likes chicken dishes) were on the table, we waved the server over and asked her to please take them away. She asked if we would like a different kind of soup and we chose Miso Soup instead. Miso Soup was Ok but it’s never our first choice. Then came Fried Rice Chicken with the same odor… My wife is a very delicate person and she felt embarrassed that I looked picky, so she switched dishes with me and ate Fried Rice Chicken (without any pleasure of course) and I, not to cause a scene, ate her food. Again, we get Chicken Noodle Soup and Fried Rice Chicken all the time but I would NOT recommend these dishes at this cafe.

Recently went to your restaurant in Aventura with some close family friends. Even though me and another friend were the only vegans in the group, it was great to see that you had options for folks like us. Your non-spicey drunken noodles on which I put your wonderful peanut sauce was delicious. As well as your Agedashi Tofu on which I also put your delicious peanut sauce. Great portion size and just delicious. The kids in our group also liked the food. Your staff also provided wonderful service.

We came to this establishment, and it turned out to be the worst service in Sunny Island. We waited for 15 minutes, no one came to us, but after us people also came and within 2 minutes they came to take orders and brought water and plates. The administrator is not educated and treats customers badly.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Today I visited the worst restaurant in my life.

SERVICE first!
starting from the entrance, you are met by waiters who are not friendly at all, and even more so by the hostess (if you can call it that),
a person who does not seem to know how to speak, not even a word of good day.the first impression of the interior is an old establishment that has never been renovated.second - courtesy and service.if you want to charge your phone, be prepared that you may be refused.it got to the point where there is no place to charge the phone, because they thought it was a waste of energy) the third is service.it was only 4 pm on the clock, but it seemed that the waiters hadn't slept all day, without energy, without emotions.having been to hundreds of institutions, I have never met such a thing anywhere. THATS how bad the service was. AFTER waiting for 12 minutes, they never approached us and did not take the order.completely disappointed with the establishment had to leave!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this RESTAURANT very much!

The food was delicious, and the service was top notch.
We got there half an hour before closing time, and they managed to serve all plates super quick.
Fresh ingredients, great presentation, and we just couldn't complain.
I will be back for sure.

Good jaoanese/Thai food. Very good menu. Good prices for its location. Ample parking. Good portions. Tuna Tatakee is excellent.

We took food out the other day, the service was amazing! The food was very good, and they put so much and even some extra stuff! We loved it!

Our food was absolutely delicious. I mean the best sushi and Thai I've had. Great atmosphere. Forgot to take photos of the plate.

Ordered salmon roll with avocado. The sushi is super regular, nothing of great quality. I can tell the rice wasn’t freshly cooked like it should be. Would compare to all you can eat buffet quality but at a la carte pricing.

Restaurant crew doesn’t allow service dogs. Three persons at the entrance told me to get out.
Saying that some of their potential customers may not like it.

As their entrance sign mentions no pets allowed. This is a service animal. Working to protect people’s lives.
This is against the law.

How is this even possible?

Super nice place, the food is good, the attention as well, the prices are perfect! If you wanna eat good sushi this is a good option!

Took my granddaughters who know what they're buying there. Very nice store clean and pleasant employees.
