Love the condo it is beautiful! Theres no smoking, no adjusting the thermostat and no letting your clothes dry on the patio.but the inside is lovely and it's right on the beach.

Very nice place to vacation. They are currently remodeling the outside of the building. Looks amazing

We booked and they canceled. Stayed for 4 hours near the building and finally didn't get inside, have to book another place.: (

We had a very nice stay. The woman we rented from was very kind. The condo was amazing. We stayed in condo 20. Thank you for a great get away.

Outside of the building leaves a lot of be desired and the lack of parking for guests with more than 1 vehicle. However, on the inside, it was like a 5 star hotel. Clean apartment with nice and well maintained furnishings. Gorgeous view of the Atlantic and very easy access to beach. Owner and property manager is nice and helpful.

The place was run down and looked out of place being right on the ocean in Cocoa beach. Granted it was under construction but even seeing where it was headed it wasn't anything close to somewhere I'd stay.

For the money, this place is very good. I would offer a strong 4, perhaps 4.4 out of 5. On the positive side, the interior is nicely decorated, well-furnished, the WiFi is great, TV service is excellent and the kitchen is stocked with most modern utensils and appliances. The beach is a short walk away and many restaurants are accessible with a 15 minute walk or short drive. The patio is a nice place to relax, but could us a little clean-up. The hose and shower are very nice, as you exit the beach! On the downside, the exterior is pretty shabby and the loosely attached netting is not a great substitute for railing on the stairs or the second-floor walkways. From what we understand, those problems are being addressed in the current remodeling effort. My only complaint about the interior would be that the AC is not strong enough. The owner has been very responsive and supportive of our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach, the place is going through renovations after the Hurricane Irma as of May, 2018. It's a small condo with simple apartments with one or two BR, usually available for rent at Airbnb or similar sites for around 40 dollars a night.
