This office needs to find a better solution for patients to contact them. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy chain and wrong city. I tried various times contacting the Dumois office to let them know but you can’t even leave a message after office hours.

Also, please pay attention to the information we note on your documents. It was CVS in Windermere and not Walgreens in Kissimmee.

Explaining all the steps and your procedure you'll be having. From the front desk to the Dr and scheduling with Jessica was very informative.

Your staff is very kind and respectful which is good being a black man some times you don't really get good fair treatment and i didn't sit for a long time i was in and out in no time and the doctors there are very friendly and nice

Absolutely exceptional throughout the visit. It ran like clockwork, but never rushed. Once you are seen. Which is awesome. Absolutely no way I’d pick another office.

They really know their field well, and your chart.
You never feel like a number. And the lobby and rooms are so much more comforting.

Tina is whip smart and can read and as sore your chart so fast and absorb and glean everything in seconds, but then takes time to talk to you.

Dr. DuMois makes GI checkup procedures effortless, but expect weeks out, he is busy for a reason. If it’s urgent? I feel like he leaves slots in for them.

The greeting I received from Kayla as I checked into the office really made me feel welcome, when I was taken back, Lynette, Vivian, Lisa, and Jessie were all smiling and greeted me again.and this just confirmed that I was at the right office. Dr. Dumois was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my colonoscopy, he has a very warm and endearing personality. I would highly recommend this office to all of my family and friends.very nice office, bright and clean.

Dr Dumois and his office were very professional and accommodating to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist.

The service was horrible. Even though me and my girlfriend asked for a person who spoke spanish, they brought a rude lady who only spoke english. Her service was hasty and did not gave time to explain and we did not feel comfortable at all! On top of that, after my girlfriend went to take her ultrasounds, they asked her to do another test without explaining what it was for. She tried reaching out to get clarification more than 3 times and had no success. I just gave a call to talk to them and they sent me to Jessica which I guess was code for voicemail to get rid of me. Thanks for nothing Richard Dumois. Very bad and horrible experience. We are not going to come back to mediocrity.

I had a Colonoscopy done by Dr Dumois and during the procedure he perforated my colon. I almost died. He hardly had any words to help me understand what was going on.

Normally as a doctor myself, you judge other offices strictly. This office has great time management, good staff, good doctor, very informative!
