Great experience the Doctor took his time to explain exactly what was the issue what a great Doctor I usually very nervous and scared when go into any doctor but he made the atmosphere calm

I was extremely happy with this office. The staff and the doctor. Unfortunately due to traffic I was late for my appointment and they were able to see me anyway. I appreciated that.

Love the doctor. However, no matter how many times I visit the office or how often, I am asked to show DL and insurance card and register AGAIN. Very tedious

Office staff were pleasant. Dr was extremely nice and seemed genuinely interested in trying to find out what’s going on with me. Sad that that’s a bonus but I can’t tell you how many doctors dismiss my concerns. Doctor was great.

Dr. Vivero is a kind and compassionate doctor. He’s friendly, listens to your concerns, and helps you make decisions based on your individual medical circumstances.

I have just seen Dr. Vivero and was disappointed with his approach. He doesn't listen to his patients nor does he approach medical issues with an open and flexible mind. He failed to properly diagnose my condition. My conscience cannot allow me to recommend this doctor.

Front desk attendant is rude… doctor made some jokes that made me feel a bit odd and uncomfortable. The nurse was amazing called to check in and see how I was healing attentive, kind and courteous!

It was not a nice office. The doctor was great. Personable. Take care of my elderly dad. We definitely recommend.

Friendly service to check in. Wait time was reasonable. Staff was kind, polite and engaging, listened to my problem. Doctor was professional listened to my issue as well. Did a thorough check - more than I expected! Gave a precise diagnosis and plan of action.
Overall I’m quite pleased with the service received.

Short wait to see the dr. Made me feel comfortable and answered questions I had. Gave lots of information about my situation that I could understand easily.

Service was a little too fast and doctor should have spent more time with me explaining things and asking pertinent questions as well as do an ear inspection.

Dr. Vivero is very professional and courteous. He addressed my concerns in a timely and compassionate manner and offered suggestions as well. He understands the concerns of professional singers and is extremely knowledgeable.
