The experience and treatment me and my wife received at Richard’s was excellent, I was lucky to find the perfect wedding ring for myself at the store and Sam did an excellent job at taking care of us and helping us what all the custom work and adjustments, I literally don’t want to take my ring off and my wife is very happy with her add on as well. Richards is one of the best jewelers. I purchased my engagement band and weddings bands from them over 7 years ago. I go yearly to get them serviced and each time treated with respect. My bands come back looking brand new.

Richard’s is amazing! I continue to come back to this store because they provide great service. They teach you about stones and answer all your questions to make you feel comfortable to leave your most precious jewelry. They have fixed my engagement ring and engraved my wedding bands. My mother is a customer there and I have become one too. I have a few of their emerald rings on my wishlist. Paulo took great care of me.
