For the last 4 plus weeks my 11yr old daughter has been sitting in thier business lobby from 3-6 Monday through Thursday and Fridays 2-6. While the mother Adriana appana is working. Every mechanic I've known or shop I've gone too says this is unacceptable, any real parent will agree this is inappropriate. My problem is Cody the owner or worker there think it's normal and totally okay. But meanwhile I've called and asked the local police they said it's not okay, I've asked many other mechanics in the area and they said it's not okay. Wondering now what insurance would think, 22 years in the business and I'm sure dad would not approve of this. And if he did then your business does not care about children safety. I can't make this up people walk in around 230 you'll see my daughter mj just sitting there meanwhile should be doing school work and or having proper child care instead they have her coloring. My daughter current has four fs and about to stay back as a concerned parent that didn't know this for 2 plus months how would you feel? Cody if your reading this and had a kid ask yourself how would you feel. And for those who do business with this company just remember they offer free day-care services for unfit mother's:).

Customer service was good but after picking my vehicle up (I didn't get any service because of pricing reasons). It wouldn't crank or do anything, so I took the battery to be charged at my local Auto Zone.put the battery back in the vehicle and still got nothing so I spent 251$ on a brand new powerful Die Hard battery, placed the battery back in my vehicle and still got nothing. I call Rich's to see if maybe they left something undone or maybe they had issues with the battery while my vehicle was in their possession, they were adamant about doing nothing other than a diagnostic on the vehicle which it had to have some life to do so.they also said they didn't have any issues or notifications from the battery and that maybe the battery needed to be registered to my vehicle, which was false information because it doesn't. I own a BMW and I very well know about having to register a battery, if needed but I also called the Cadillac dealership as well for confirmation! Anyhow, I'm not sure what happened but my vehicle had a very strong crank before getting dropped off at Rich's

Rich's came highly recommended to me by a close friend and customer of their's. A 100% genuine repair shop with amazing service, knowledgeable and experienced employees, and a ride to and from work while my car was being worked on. They've earned my trust.

Always a great experience. They got my subaru in the day I called, diagnosed and confirmed the issue within that same day. These guys are honest and always communicate with you every step of the way. They were able to give me a ride to and from home so I was able to pick up my car when she was ready. 100% will use them again for any car issues I may have in the future.

Cody and everyone at Rich's Auto Tech were wonderful. They knocked out my fuel pump for my truck and gave me a great price! I drove all the way from Jax FL because I trust their work!

Is hard for a myself as I was my own Mechanic. Now for the most part I leave it to these guys, there like Frosted Flakes

2014 Jeep JK Rockkrawler suspension. Had been eating up spider gears since original suspension installed. Had been to 2 other places any nobody else realized that the geometry was out of whack! Now drives and handles better than ever! Great work. Highly recommended

I do not know what this goes under. I had noticed that there was smoke coming from under my hood when I went to the store. I drove my car home and called Rich''s Auto Technology. I told them what happened and they told me to bring the car right in. The mechanic that worked on my car had patience. He answered my questions and concerns. They fixed my car promptly. I would highly recommend this place of business. I am very happy and will continue to go there for any services my car needs. I have a hard time trusting places but I trust them. So if you need car repairs go to them, you won't regret it.

I went in for the first time for an oil change. The waiting area was comfortable, had coffee and soda and even phone chargers.
And, not only did I get an oil change, they washed my car, filled my tires and left a cute little snowman with a coupon on my seat.
These guys are awesome!

Service on my old vette was terrific! Will definitely come back here for any future work. Staff was professional and friendly. Neat and well equipped facility.

I have never experienced anything less than exceptional service every time I have visited. Every person whom I have come across, whether in person or over the phone, provides utmost professionalism. I have never been told that my car needed something more than it did and everyone is always honest with the repairs that are needed. Highly recommend Rich's Auto Tech to anyone trying to find a new place.

Carmax uses these guys for their warranty work and for good reason! Got the problem diagnosed, parts ordered, and part replaced with no issues. Took a while for the part to come in but that was out of their control. Great bunch of people there. Would highly recommend these guys for all of your vehicles needs and if needed will use Rich’s Auto Tech agin. Thank you for all your help and support!
