Went for a Warranty Repair and for my 1st Oil/Filter/and inspection at 5,500 miles. I have owned only Mercedes and BMWs for the last 20 years, and this Service experience was better than any I have received in those 20 Years. Truely a first class operation!

My center console the leather is loose needs to be replace. The maintenance manager wouldn’t replace says it wear and tear. I only had the car since Feb 2023. It’s a brand new car with 0 miles on it at purchase. I thought the car comes with a 50000 miles bumper warranty so why am I being told I have to replace it. One star Acura not honoring their warranty.

Recently, had an oil change service done. I was disappointed that the service manager did not go through the results of my five point inspection like usual. Also, I will add the cost of an oil change has drastically increased. I will have to explore other dealers in the area for better price.

Amazing service technicians.sales people on the other hand are more annoying than the usual sales people. Harrasing people as they wait for their oil change is very annoying.
