Great experience with Rick Case Alfa Romeo. Jorge, our salesman, was fabulous. The dealership Manager, Otto, also great. All the staff were very helpful.
I purchased a vehicle here and I paid for the maintenance plan and with a written agreement they never let me use it but worked the charges on my monthly car payment. Currently looking for attorneys to sue since everything is on paper and signed by me and their employee. They steal and lie to get a sale. Be alert when buying a car from here.
Sold me an extended warranty on top of the unfinished manufactures warranty. Therefore, I paid for a year that was free.

From pulling into the parking lot until going to the second floor to complete our sale everyone was more than five stars! Jorge was patient and extremely knowledgeable and Otto was as well. We had a deposit on another car at another dealership and I can’t explain in words the difference in our experience at Rick Case. Highly recommend, the staff was exceptional.
Serviced my Alpha today. Very fast and pain free. In at 930 and out at 12 for the annual service. Had lunch and the car was ready. I love this place

Had a very good experience! The service departmentis incredible, Service writers and advisers are friendly the service manager Juan Guerra is very friendly and professional. Had my vehicle scheduled and my car was in and out by the end of the same day. The technicians are very brilliant and respectful and honest! I would definitely go back for more repairs!
We went to browse our options & drove off with two cars. They were very accommodating knowing we were going to be there near closing time since it was a far drive. It understood what we wanted so negotiating a very fair deal was painless. Thank you Orun & company for working late to ensure we left happy!
Not friendly staff at this Rick case. I was never called to know the status of my car. I had to call and ask. Never called to pick up the car. No loaner. I had to pay for my rental. Even though the service was under warranty and left me two days without the car.

BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE!
They sell luxury cars here, but the type of customer service here is terrible. They make you feel like they’re doing you a favor… like you are an inconvenience to them. Not just on one occasion but a few times. From my first issue with the car till my last because I left after that and went to Rick Case Honda down the street where you’re treated with respect and honesty. Juan Guerra needs to be re- trained on how to treat and speak to his customers and try being more respectful. Every time I’ve come here I felt robbed of my money nothing ever felt genuine. Save your time if you want luxury don’t come here.
I received excellent service at Rick Case Alfa Romeo. My 2019 Giulia battery died. I scheduled my appointment online for Monday. I checked in the car on Sunday afternoon using the overnight box. The onsite team walked me through the process and Monday morning my service manager and I spoke and the car was in for service. The inspection resulted in the battery being changed. Also, the service team reviewed the error codes and found a fuel pump failure - replaced. Great proactive work. The car was washed and returned like new. The service team was great and I have confidence that my car was serviced well.
I am not one to leave reviews but Miguel Thodde made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and was also very knowledgeable of the car we were interested. 100% recommend Miguel for your next purchase.
I can not stress enough how impressed I am with the purchasing process I experienced at this dealership. First of all, I was buying sight unseen from out of town. Miguel sent me pictures and video and reassured me that the vehicle was in tip top shape and had been well taken care of. He guided us through the process and was the perfect liaison for handling the paperwork with the finance department. When we arrived all they needed to do was toss us the keys. In fact, they worked overtime to find us an additional key as the part was on back order due to the UAW Strike. Miguel gave us a tour of the vehicle and the features and we were off! I’d buy again from Miguel and the team. I trust them. He even called to make sure I had gotten to my destination 11 hours away from the dealership. It’s only been a few days and I am in love with my Alfa!
I took my car to change the oil, filters, and check the “Service electronic throttle control” thinking that this dealer would be a better option, big mistake! I left my car at 9am on Monday and if I didn't call on Tuesday afternoon (3: 40pm) I wouldn't be notified that my car was ready. Practically two days without my car for a simple service. Furthermore, when I had an Audi, they always return my cars well washed. Disappointment!
This dealership is changing the game, usually I equate buying a car to going to the dentist but for the first time I can safely say this is down right the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had! Karl and his team offer a no rush, casual, knowledgeable and no pressure buying experience not to mention you don’t feel like you are getting ripped off and the no nonsense approach to the finance is truly a breath of fresh air. Thanks for making this leasing experience such a pleasurable one. We are now truly fans of your dealership and especially the team of Karl and his crew for all the assist.
