Great service. Needed an emergency service appointment during the 4th of July holiday weekend and I was accommodated at the last minute which saved my weekend.
I had a wonderful experience at Rick Case in Weston, FL. I had to come from Palm Beach County to find the right Hyundai Santa Fe. My salesman Mr Tassy was so patient, kind and I love that he was so knowledgeable on the Santa Fe and it’s features. He patiently explained how each feature worked as well as allowing me to demonstrate the features while test driving the Santa Fe. I would recommend Rick Case, Weston, FL to all my friends and family….

Went there to purchase a pre-owned car with my girlfriend, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We didn't end up buying a Hyundai, and they didn't pressure us into doing so. The guy we worked with, whose name was Bill, just wanted us to get the best vehicle for our needs. I am very happy with the experience and the customer service that we received.

Issac was so helpful and accommodating. They ended up finding a nail in my tire that I was not prepared to pay for at the moment but he helped me out in a major way so I’m very grateful
I have to say if you want acknowledge salesman Bill Silva is the person you want for your shopping experience. I have now bought two cars from him, with no hassle, took his time to explain options and taught us how to program and operate all the bells and whistles of the vehicle we bought, he didn't rush off, and was very patient and truly got involved with his customers buying.

Even after buying 5 cars from Rick Case over the years, looks like today they weren't interested in dealing. Waited 30 minutes standing in the middle of the showroom before we were even greeted.salesman was nice but clearly not equipped to be a salesman. May just go back to their Kia dealership. Had a great experience there.

Once again, very impressed with the service. In particular, Isaac the service advisor. He consistently displays excellence in communicating (even after hours), detailed follow up, and practical solutions. So many large organizations have poor customer service, inattentive associates, and uncaring staff.but not Rick Case Hyundai. If Issac is their example of service and professionalism that says a ton about their leadership and organization. Grateful for Issac and well done Hyundai!
