Where can I start? Ricky is the most responsive Real estate agent I ever work with, very professional and stay on top of everything. I was desperate on finding a new home for my family in this rough and competitive market where all our offer were getting outbid by cash or conventional offer from investors likely or other buyers. I decided to work with Ricky and she stayed on top of everything, even when things were getting complicated with the lender and other party associated she stepped in and find the words to negotiate in my favor and get thinks moving fast. I'm now a happy owner. She is very knowledgeable, she listen and understand your needs, not just looking to close a deal and move on.
