It was a great experience working with Rey. He answered all of my questions and was very detailed. He explained the difference between the machines I had questions about. He also shared additional information about the Ricoma SWD-1501-8S, which is the machine I ended up purchasing. The process was quick and thorough. This is my third embroidery machine with Ricoma.
