Great experience buying my first bike! Kyle (bottom shelf) was very knowledgeable about the bikes and help me find the perfect bike within my budget. He even went the extra mile to check on me weeks after my purchase to make sure that I was happy with my new bike.

***Update*** They sent me 2 pairs of socks for another star. Thats the same 50 dollar gift card they was trying to give me while i was there. I get paid 24 an hr. And you had me there all day Doesn't change the truth!

The worst experience ive ever had purchasing a quad. And i own a fleet of them.
Tried to leave further details on what happened but guess the day was too long to post.
These people lie beyond belief, they talk trash about peoples credit score after they run it. (Guy= Idk why we even goin thru all this they credit is garbage!) (Girl= who cares i got them approved!)
The ONLY person i can talk good about was Mo, Mo was my 2nd contact person.ashely was my 1st and she didnt nothing but lie.
I bought the rest of my quads from Martins yamaha of ocala and thats where i shoulda returned.
This place reminds me of a 80s, greasy used car lot. They make everyone stand outside and run you down as soon as you park your car.

If you would like to be treated in the right way to buy or sell your bike, you can’t go to a better place than Ridenow Gainesville. I sold 2 of my bikes here and they treated me fair and their price is reasonable for a wide range of bikes they have from Japanese to Italian.

Poor communication. Salesman Chris assisted having the manager Angel reach out to me to discuss a motorcycle purchase. That following morning, Angel promised me a call back, “within about 20-30 minutes, tops. ” For the remainder of the entire day I never heard back from him, as he promised. I called the dealership later that day, and no one answered. I left a message requesting a returned call. Two weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone.

They lost my business for a sale.

I would not recommend them.

Ive been in Gainesville for my entire life and the bike night she has organized at dave and busters was the biggest and most organized one ive seen in a long time if not ever. Riders we're respected by the staff and listen to staff when they were told to do something. Everyone loves a good braaap. But theres a time and place for rev bombs. Keep up the good work Madison!

Originally my first experience I had with Ridenow was not a very good one but I had the manager Pete reach out and wanted to make things right and he definitely made it right. Just being in there since he took over there was a change in attitude with everyone that was there!

Jonathan helped me find the perfect Enduro for me and did everything he could to make sure I got it. He's a very good employee and knows a lot about the bikes he sells. After that Eddy the manager helped with the financial part and he really went the extra mile for me in figuring out how to fit it into my budget. And lastly William went over the bike with me and made sure that I had all the knowledge I needed for my drz. I appreciate all the help and service I got from ride now.

Great place! Had a 19 Polaris ranger highlifter 1000 for sale on marketplace. Jarrett called me from ride now Gainesville, he asked if I could bring it by. We agreed on price over phone if machine checked out. Went by as I figured they would change offer once I brought it. They didn’t even try to change price, just looked over machine and cut me a check! About 45 minute process.

A few months ago I left a review talking about the awful customer service experience I had here. They reached out to me to make it right and offered me a $250 gift card if I took the post down. It's been 3 weeks since I took the post down and no gift cars. This is the absolute worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Very friendly to the customers, my boy Jordan Kelly helped and made the entire process very easy with my new bike. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I received today. I got a 2022 Suzuki GSXR 600 and I love the bike!

So my husband and I have had the worst experience with the service department for the past year or so! But this past experience wow what an amazing turn around. All for the good and it's All thanks to the New Service Manager Eric Schaller & General Manager Pete Strebbing they made us a priority, went above and beyond for us, and stayed true to their words! Price was $8000 more than advertised. We called ahead & they assured us that any add ons were already included on the price, but the dealer fees & taxes would, of course, still needed to be added. We were told that would amount to about $3000. After we made the hour drive, we quickly found out that we were lied to.

Super friendly staff. Knowledgeable about their products. You get to meet All of the managers in their respective areas of the dealership. Highly recommend for anyone interested in an off road play toy or a nice cruiser for an exciting road trip. PS. See Kyle

Don’t take your vehicle there to get serviced. Service team must be incompetent. I have the service plan. Took my bike there to get maintenance, got it back the day before going to Daytona bike week. On the ride home I discovered that the engine had a severe stutter that kept trying to buck me off the bike. Almost unridable. Cant twist throttle more than half way. Right after they gave it back to me. I took it back to be worked on. They had it for a month and did not fix the problem. I told them 5 times what the problem was, I called once a week. Each time they were clueless as to what I’m talking about. So after 1 month of not having my ride to work they only replaced the choke cable. Then had the never to tell me I needed 500 dollars in parts replaced on my 2 year old bike. So I wasted my money on a full service plan for them not to fix my bike so I have to fix it myself. Great service guys thanks.
