10/10 service, I bought my first bike and they were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process, would absolutely recommend!

I bought a 2015 HD Soft tail slim, I called on a Sunday and Matt called me right back and stated they were closed but he would open the shop so I could see it. Great bike that’s on HD, but the service and purchase process was all Matt! He was knowledgeable and basically made the purchase and delivery seem less! Recommendations, call Riders Miami and ask for Matt 5 stars no question. I will use them for all my service and recommend to any one who ask. Excellent local business with no BS.

I had seen a motorcycle on their social medias and was very interested called ahead to make sure it was still in stock and indeed was, came to look at it in person and bike was very well taken care of not only the one I was looking at but all others. You can tell these guys take care of their stuff, as for me Panda helped me out with everything I needed. He answered every question I had regarding the bike, warranty, maintenance, parts etc. Very professional and helpful, very detail orientated, not one question I had that I feel wasn’t answered with 100% confidence. Will be back in the future for any needs.

Wow what a waste of space! These guys are just sooooo unprofessional!
I overpaid for repairs just hoping they will do a better job than others as promised.
Well let me tell you they have O knowledge on repairs. They broke another part and I had to wait 2 two months for them to order the broken part which never arrived.
I need my motorcycle for work. I was stuck at home waiting for them to call someday. NO ONE EVER CALLED.
I had to tow my motorcycle to another place. They never refunded me my money for this part never received.
I should have read their reviews before I went there.
Do yourself that favor, don’t go there save time, money and stress!

I live in GA and have never bought a vehicle without seeing it so this was a new experience for me. Guido was very informative, helpful and honest. It ended up taking 2 weeks from purchase to receiving and Guido was available whenever I had a concern or question. After receiving the bike, I noticed a few issues and contacted them and they were very helpful and gave many options to take care of said issues. Guido even noticed a crack in the windscreen before it left and immediately ordered a new one and sent it to my home. Overall, I will probably never again buy a vehicle without seeing it in person again but the people at Riders Miami are honest and helpful. I would recomend anyone who is looking to check them out because it's not everyday you have an experience with a business trying to make money to be so helpful. Thank you Riders Miami and thank you Guido.

RUN AWAY! For your toys sake!
This guys are crooks! They will first give you an expensive part so you could believe that they’re doing a better job than others, then they will call you to add services you really don’t need so they can charge even more. And finally they will BREAK OTHER PARTS and you will have to wait 2-3 months yes months for them to order the so called part that will never arrive due to so many bs reasons they will give you.
They need to be shut down. They don’t belong in this business.

Let me just say from the moment they found out I wanted to buy a 18k bike from them they messaged me everyday then from the moment I paid them trailered the bike home I started noticing all the things that was wrong with the bike i attempted to contact them and they ignored me i even fixed everything on the bike without asking them for no money I wanted to contact them regarding my tittle that I have a issue with also and still to this day still no response from them I've been waiting since October 2022 I even have their direct cell phone number that they also ignore poor customer service and no interest in helping people do not waist your time or money here

Traded in a motorcycle from out of state they represented the motorcycle I was getting extremely well. They also walked through the process of shipping, titling and registering the motorcycle to make it as seamless as possible. Octi Lanus was the representative of the company that reached out and made this deal possible. Would highly recommend this business and would do business with them in the future. I’m also military with a crazy schedule so they will work through that with you too.

Good place, and they have great bikes there. One of sales guy (Gonza) was awesome, and super helpful. If you planning to going there, call Gonza Viglino. He's the best.
