Worker and her entire team that works in the complex. Thank you for all your attention and professionalism. I congratulate all of your excellent work team. Neighbors must collaborate not to throw garbage outside the container and help keep the complex clean. Cleaning and maintenance are important for everyone.
I don’t usually do long reviews, but this one is necessary.
Made contact with leasing agent, Erica, on 10/19/23. We were told it could take about 3 weeks for the process to complete as this is a low income community. After several 1hr-1.5hr trips, we spent about $400 in gas. We had to initiate communication with the complex in order for us to get updates along the way, and if it wasn’t because of that, the process would have taken longer.
We complied with everything they informed us we needed to go through in order to obtain an apartment. Through out the process, we never saw the apartment as we were falsely informed that there were no models to see, or any vacant apartments to tour. We payed a $200 hold deposit to a specific apartment, and once the process for approval concluded, we got a move-in date of 11/20/23 at 2p. The same day of move-in, we received a call from Erica at 8: 15a, to which she informed us the apartment was not ready for move-in, and they had to postpone it a week from then.
We informed the property many times that we were at a temporary address until we could obtain an apartment, to which regrettably we chose that community, and the stay at the temporary address ended on 11/21/23. We had to drive 4hrs to Miami in order for us to stay with family until we could move in once the apartment was ready on 11/27/23. On that day, we were given a different apartment by Erica, and not the apartment they claimed they were working on for us to move in.
After mentioning the unnecessary 4.5hrs to complete our move-in, the office was closed at that time since it was a bit after 6p, so we were given the keys, disregarding us. No one went on a walkthrough of the unit with us. We entered the unit, and it was under uninhabitable conditions (roaches, filth, mold, rust, etc). We never occupied the unit, and ended up staying with my grandparents 1.5hrs away. Returned the keys first thing on 11/28/23. We were told in writing we would receive a refund of the amount of $1,799. We still have not received it after 4 days. We are homeless as of right now.
This property is poorly managed by manager Emely, and it seems that there is a fair housing issue that needs attention ASAP.
I am very grateful to the 3 maintenance guys (don't know their names) since I moved in it has been 3 days for whatever I need. They are there to help me, they always solve it for me.
Just like Erica is in the office, she is super kind and knows how to treat and talk to people, she is always there to help me when I need it, thank you very much.
I am very happy with this complex! The maintenance staff is excellent! I recommend it 100x100! And the office staff are super friendly and attentive!

Very happy with the work that the new administration (Conam) is doing, especially its employees Joel, Jorge, Hector and Ariel in the maintenance area. The place has undergone an incredible change. The office is always available for all our questions and needs Emely, Ipza and Erica continue with your great professionalism Thank you!
Joel has done a tremendous job in my apartment. He handled all my work orders in a timely fashion, and was very pleasant to have around. His professionalism and knowledge exceeded my expectations. He changed fried outlets, fixed bathroom issues, closet and light fixtures. I would not hesitate to place a work order again and will definitely recommend him with my eyes closed. Thank you.
Woww that was amazing when I have my stove trouble me I have Joel the manager of the maintenence came to change my miserable life time in my apartment. Put a new stove in there for me to use.

We have been living here for 1 years and we had a few reports of problems in the apartment and now after the changes and the new staff (Emely, Erica, Joel, Ariel, Jorge) a more personalized and efficient service is being provided. After a year in Two days they fixed a leak in the bathroom, the air that was shooting and the lights in the hallway. Excellent, that's the desire to do a good job. Otherwise it is a suitable place to live as a family.
I have been living here for 2 years, and I loved it, the place is super quiet, the employees are super friendly. It was the best decision I had when moving here.
