I can't say enough positive words about Ridge Quality Motors and Bobby, Donna, Michael and Kyle.after having a horrible experience with Le Mesa Rv. (they took advantage of my 88 year old father and after numerous requests to help us they refused). Do yourself a favor and run away from Le Mesa and go to Ridge Quality Motors for all your Rv needs.they will treat you with respect and honesty.something I cant say for Le Mesa. Very disappointed with our visit to Ridge Quality Motors. Not quality at all. We set-up a visit to look at a 2004 American Eagle Diesel Pusher drove 90mi each way. No one was there to greet us (knowing we were on our way through contact with son, Micheal). We were not welcome nor did the owner/parents do anyone anything but give us a sense of just that.not welocome there. WOW.imagine that. They thought we wanted to do a trade w/ our present RV, 2yr old paid for 35ft. Not at all in the mkt for American Coach Eagle or Revolution 2002-2009. The owner actually got angry that we inquired about why the Coach generator & AC was not on. No Micheal, the sales person who helped us out on the phone? Oh well, it's just not a professional the way to be treated. We're hardworking couple, semi retired most familiar w/ Diesel Motorhomes since we had a cash paid for 2012 Berkshire Hathaway for 4 year & flat towed our Lincoln MKX. Shame on them is all I can SAY!

I stopped in just to take a look around. They apparently had already watch my husband and I try to open up a couple of the RVs to discover that they were all locked. They watched as we we tried to enter into several Rvs. When asked to open them they wanted to know our price range in order to open up the RVs to just look around. We left. We will take our money somewhere else. Horrible service ice.

When we wanted to sell our RV a friend recommended Ridge Quality Motors. Bob helped us initially and we followed up with Donna. The process was very straightforward and she kept us updated every step of the way. If you’re looking to sell your rv, I would highly recommend them. All around great customer service and friendly people.

My wife and I sold our travel trailer to Ridge Quality RV and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Very professional and always answered there phone when I called with questions. I would highly recommend them for buying or selling a RV. It’s very hard to find good customer service these days but you find it with these guys.

My husband Clint flew in from Texas to buy a motorhome here because the service was so outstanding. They always answered the phone and our questions since we were purchasing over long distance. The rig was exactly as advertised. Great friendly people to deal with as well as great prices. Trustworthy family. They do as they promise as well! If you are looking to buy or sell a camper Ridge is DEFINITELY the place to go. This is a FAMILY OWNED business and is HONEST as the day is long. Good selection of campers on lot and always open so you feel free to go in and look with NO high pressure sales but someone is always ready to answer your questions. I had my camper on consignment there and it sold in 4/5 months. After sale I had some issues with the camper and Michael took it upon himself to be sure both buyer and myself were happy. I am so pleased with this family and their help in selling my camper which would have taken me longer and I didn't have to go through all the paperwork. If looking for a camper please stop buy and give them a try I'm sure glad I did.

Traded in a trailor for a bigger/newer one. Friendly family service. Our deal was a complicated one. We had to do a lot of paperwork as our trailor was coming from Canada and had to go to customs office. We did it all but was well guided through the process by them. All follow ups with them were A+. Have referred them already to others

Bob and Donna do a great job. They run a true "family" business. They treat their customers like family. I have dealt with Bob and Donna for over 15 years and every RV I have owned (3) are all through Bob & Donna. I am getting ready to upgrade again and even though I now live 1050 miles north, I will once again drive to Lake Wales to purchase number 4. Thanks too two great people that gave me a chance to join and enjoy the RV life. I recommend them and Ridge Quality Motors highly.

After looking at another larger local business, we happened to see the gate opened at Ridge Quality Motors, and stopped in. I am so happy we did! We were at the larger business for a long while before they even acknowledged we were there. As soon as we entered the gate at Ridge Q we were greeted by Kyle and Michael. They told us the campers were all opened and we could browse around, if we had any questions they were available to answer. We went there looking for a bunkhouse, however, fell in love with a 2017 Springdale. The camper was immaculate! They walked through it and noticed the fireplace was not working, they fixed it. They also located an issue with the refrigerator, they bought us a brand new one and replaced it! It was an upgrade for sure! Bob and Donna were wonderful to work with/chat with as well! She even went out of her way to purchase two of the cutest tumblers for us! They treated us like family! If you are looking to buy a camper, I would highly recommend RQM in Lake Wales, (across from Eagle Ridge Mall) you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Bob, Donna, Kyle and Michael, we can’t wait to make memories with our purchase!
