The wonderful lady at the front counter was pleasant and helpful. I didn't feel intimidated the moment I walked in like most other gun stores in the area that reach for their side piece the moment a customer walks in. The staff are friendly and answer any questions you might have and are very knowledgeable too. Great place for a first timer to purchase anything self defense related even some training.

They are a zero tolerance for failure academy. Informative and fun at the same time. If you want to go far in security the instructors here are for you. Especially Herfel my new instructor.

10/10 would recommend! Jo is such a great teacher! I can tell she really cares about her students and wants us to succeed! She made me feel so good as her student!

Great place to get any security license you need in Orlando. Nate was one of a heck instructor! Great teaching and training. He will teach you how to become a better shooter. Highly recommend this place. I look forward to visiting more and going to the shooting range and do other certified classes.

Instructor Herfel is a very experienced instructor. What he explains in the classroom he puts into practice on the range. The instructor also speaks Spanish. He gives you an example of how to improve shooting techniques. If you take really serious this profession of serving and protecting and want to receive good training he is the right instructor.

Great school, great instructors.made everything super easy and understandable.ms.joe was wonderful same as nate.very focus and engaged in everything, anything we didnt understand they made sure to explain. Herner was top of the line. Made sure I understand everything about a gun, in and out. I didn't know one bit and he made sure to turn me into a pro! Will highly recommend! Highly.they got you.you wont fail trust and believe they'll take their time with everything. Everyone of them were wonderful! And outstanding.

Top tier training! I have been attending here for a few years now and I absolutely love everyone. Each instructor is well trained and easily explains things to us students where even newbie's can understand it. You feel like you are part of the family when you step inside. Safety is something exercised here and I love that.

My experience was great with G license class. Instructor was good with details on rules and regulations as well with laws pertaining Security Guards. Want a great experience with knowledge as an armed guard go to Reig's Security Training. P. S instructor Herfel Torres rocks.

I was able to get my license here and the place is good so is the instructor but one thing I had a problem was when I needed help and no one would ever answer the phone. Had to leave a voicemail and they wouldn’t get back till hours back.need to work on the customer service part. But other than that I recommend to go here!

Outstanding training, Herful Torres is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and gave very helpful feedback during the entire class. He kept the class entertained and awake, provided videos on proper shooting techniques and how to better our overall shooting scores. I'm looking forward on taking advance training in his classes.

I can’t say enough good things about Rieg’s. I took the accelerated class D & G course. 10 hours everyday for 7 days (last day 8) The instructors are top notch. I came down from NY after 35 years in Security. NY trainers have nothing on Rieg’s! Class D instructor Joe is amazing and thorough and sharp as a tac. And, the firearms instructor, Herfel is the best in the business. And, Instructor Nate was so so helpful. I would definitely recommend Rieg’s to anyone who’s serious about Security and Firearms Training.
Additionally, Security companies recruit from Rieg’s because they know if Rieg’s gives them a recommendation it means “Your Hired! ”

Went here for my D and G licenses, and can only say great things! Herfel was an amazing instructor and would definitely recommend Reigs to anyone who is looking to get their licenses.

This class help me sharpen my skills.the instructor was extremely knowledgeable.he’s firm but firm in his training.

The new instructor Herfel Torres was very stern, but very knowledgeable. I appreciated his critiques and took them as more indications of things to work on in the future.also, I hope Frank gets well and he will be back soon.

The training at Reig's is top notch. If you want detailed, realistic training from industry professionals, then you don't need to look anywhere else. I went in with no knowledge of security work, and four days later I left feeling well informed and confident in my ability to perform the job. Jo and Carlos were excellent teachers who truly care about setting people up for success in the private security industry. Any future training I need will 100% be through Reig's!

This has been one of the most challenging experience I've ever had my instructor Herfel Torres is a amazing instructor he will call your mistakes and explain the consequences by the time you leave you will feel confidential and impowered to continue to practice I found his best quality's to be empathy
