As a community partner of this agency, I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have a resource like Right at Home in the community. Often, families underestimate the added benefit of having a private duty aide to acclimate their loved ones to a Skilled Nursing setting. I’ve witnessed first hand how terrific the caregivers at Right at Home are and how tireless the staff is. Kudos to Danielle Dyer for the exceptional business she has cultivated in this community!

Merely getting a ride to have a procedure was a nightmare 3/27/2020. They sent a Julanna who had really negative energy. Noticed when she walked thru the door. Very rude and condescending. How anyone would allow her to be a healthcare professional is beyond me. The doctor sent me to the wrong address and I had to walk to another address for the surgical procedure because she left. After the procedure they sent this ugly soul back for me and she could not follow simple instructions from the nurses. Pick up at the back door. She made us both walk thru the parking lot where she was on her phone with her family calling them baby. She was driving like a bat out of hell, ignoring any speed limits. I couldn't wait to get away from her before I was killed in a crash. She also needs to clean up her nasty car.

What an easy experience it was to get EMERGENCY help for my brother-in-law. Quick. Efficient. Professional. Caring. They called to check on how things were going, also. I HIGHLY recommend Right At Home. I am in the Elder Care Industry, and I am picky who I recommend. I recommend Right At Home without hesitation!
