I have been using Rik Vandejen for the past few years for personal and business tax services. He is absolutely the Best.professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gives a quick turnaround. He also showed me how to save money on my taxes. I would highly recommend Rik to anyone needing a very experienced CPA. You will be very happy with his services.

Rik is a hard working professional and a genuinely nice guy. His work is excellent - I have used him many times and have no reason to ever go elsewhere.

Do not trust this firm with your taxes! They take weeks, if not months to respond to emails (if at all). Even worse, I just received (on 11/2021) a tax bill in the amount of $21,386 related to tax year 2015, which they processed!

He had countless excuses over the 2 years we used with him. However 2015 was the last year he filed for us, because after having our 2016 tax documents for more than 5 months, he finally responded to our emails on May 30th 2021 stating that, even though he's already way past deadline, he said he wanted to take a break from work for a while and that I needed to find someone else to handle our returns! This caused us to incur multiple penalties at that time. Now we have an even bigger issue 5 years later.re: CPA response to this review. You say that you are not the same firm, yet you have the same website, same phone number, same location, and the other reviews shown here on your listing are for the same CPA, "Lou" for which I am speaking. (See new pic) So you want to take credit for the business when it works for you, and deny any knowledge when it suits you.

*Note, at no point did you suggest we communicate to resolve the issue, just deny, deny, deny.despite the evidence on your own website and IRS documentation which says otherwise.

You say you have never heard from us, yet we left you multiple messages via voicemail while you were on vacation a couple weeks ago.never even a return phone call.
