Was recommended them by a friend in the dental industry and haven't looked back. Voip saved me money swapping from comcast and att. I hate waiting 2 hours to get help from anyone only to be transferred or hung up on. Ringbyname called me back when MY cell phone died during our call.
I recommend you have desk phones or a headset and some good internet like me

Ok product, very poorly organised company. Sales has NO idea what's promoted and will charge whatever they feel you will pay. Fax is a joke. And, just to rub it in, didn't get about 20% of my test calls. Do NOT trust your business to these people.

My experience implementing this service in Puerto Rico has left me shaking with fear. I committed myself to the service of these people by recommendation and I have ended up losing up to the number that my business had for 15 years.

Although it seems like a good service, the risk of entering with this type of unscrupulous company can end up being monumental.

Avoid them like COVID

I didn't like the place very much, the people are not very attentive and they are not very sincere when asking them questions about cell phones.

Ok for a communication company -you have the worst communication with your customers -you shut off my phone after my credit card expires-then do not tell me, i now have lost thousands of dollars in missed business and wasted advertising money because my phone is off.ok before you try to say "we contacted you by email to let you know " yeah you sent 1 email -I get 85 emails a day-how about a phone call? You guys are the worst

Ringbyname is the best phone system i've ever used. It makes my life so much easier i no longer have to be in my office anymore, and I can see who's on the phone, so many features it's awsome!

Great, experience! I love the service, the onboarding team was great helping me get set-up. After being with them for 6 months my sales have increased by 12%. My experience has been awesome!

It is the worst IP voice service. Customer service is terrible, the sales staff promises services that never work. I've been paying for months and I haven't been able to use the service as offered, they even made me pay for an app that didn't work either. I have been forced to reactivate my original telephone service that I initially planned to change to ring by name and change my number with them. I was lucky and never reached this step. But even canceling has become a headache.

Please listen to me, I'm not just an angry customer, I'm an unhappy customer who doesn't want this "company" to defraud more honest people.

This happened in Mexico, I don't know how the service works in other countries, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just as bad.

Look for more options, but cross RingByName off your list, you will only waste time and money like me.
