We were able to rent bikes from this company that they have onsite at the Springhill Suites. Super convenient to just call and rent onsite!

Kyle, our guide, was so knowledgeable and friendly! The Cats were super fun AND comfortable, and we saw dolphins, a bonnet head shark, a 9ft alligator, a manatee, a flock of white pelicans, hundreds of fiddler crabs, and the Cumberland wild horses. The day was perfect. A must-do on the island!

One of my favorite experiences all time was the Catjack boat tour. This was so much fun and beautiful. Our guide was Brandon and he was great. We had to cancel the first day due to weather but the team worked with us to get the tour in before we left. We ended up going out early morning on our departure day and we are so glad we did. It was the perfect ending to a great trip. We also used the beach chairs and umbrella rentals. Everything was set up on time and in good condition. This made our beach days even more relaxing. Thank you!

Excellent service! My umbrella and chairs were setup promptly each morning. All staff, in-person and on the phone, were courteous and helpful. This has been our go-to provider for beach setup on Fernandina for years. I highly recommend!

Chairs are very uncomfortable, heavy & hard to move around with the detachable foot rest. Called at 8: 00 AM to ask to postpone rental until the following day. Would not accommodate even though chairs still in box on beach & not scheduled to be set up until 9: 00. Continued to rent throughout the week since they are the only show in town. Staff was very polite & friendly.

We used Riptide for Beach Service and were so impressed with their promptness and their courteous employees we booked a boat tour. We had Zach as our guide and he was amazing. He took us all around Amelia and Cumberland islands. He knew the history, the wildlife, even where movies had been filmed. He was patient with our younger guests. He made the tour. Will definitely be using Riptide again for our needs on Amelia.

This is hands down an easy and smooth process. Reserved the day before online. The next morning everything was put up before I woke. Never even had to speak to anyone.

This tour was FANTASTIC. The boats were fun and the guides were knowledgeable and had had a fun relaxed way about them. We had a great day on the water.

We rented chairs and umbrellas from them while we were staying on the island. We were very pleased. The hours are 10-4 each day. I wish they could do 9-5, but those are the rules of the Omni resort. Other than that, we were very happy.

I reserved 3 umbrellas & 6 chairs for 6 days while staying at the Amelia Surf & Raquet club. They were there as promised, set up and ready to go at the time promised. The equipment was in very good condition. I was very pleased with the quality of service and will use them again
