Rising Tide Car Wash reviews
15I simply rate it with 2 ️ because I just wasted my time arriving at 6: 27 pm and two employees tell me to come back tomorrow that we are already closing and the hours are until 7. They don't respect the schedules, they don't respect the customers. Thankfully there are many car washes that also provide better service
The wait time there is very lengthy and they did not do a good cleaning both of our cars. Definitely disappointed and will not go back again.
Save yourself the expense and try another car wash.
Also, their prices are much higher than other locations, so you would expect a better service and a better clean.
First time here, the staff was so helpful and friendly and even told jokes. Will definitely be coming back.
I pay for a $9 car wash as I pull forward nothing happens my cars was not wash there was a problem with the car wash I went to speak with a manager I was told there is no manager and no o e was available to give me a refund so I lost my $9 I will definitely never go there again
I thought it was hand wash but it's actually a machine, so it gets a little pricey if you are only paying for the wash
Got a $25.00 car wash and it didn't do much at all. Bad car wash experience. I do not recommend. 2023 Chevy Suburban - 5,028 miles
Terrible car wash place, some guy has to manually spray your car with water before putting it in the car wash drive thru (2 sec spray of water) which is nothing then car is still dirty at the end then you come to the vacuum part which doesn't have a tent or overhang which is INSANE since it is Florida! Vacuums don't work well either. Even for free wouldn't come here again. There is way better express car washes out there. And they put tape in the wipers.like if my 2023 car didn't have a senor
Love this place and service! What they do for the autistic community is absolutely heart warming
$9 and my car looks exactly the same as when I went in. Dust Spots I removed with my finger it couldn’t get out. They guarantee you’ll be happy but I was refused another wash. Do it yourself for less and better
Have been to the car wash Rising tide three times. The first two visits car came out very clean. This last visit attendant told me the black spots on the car we're from mold and they have a special mold treatment done by the first person working at the car wash and it was only five extra dollars so definitely took it however. The attendant never applied it me and really to the roof of the car which still had mold. Told him about it went through car wash three times but he never applied the mold prevention or remover to the roof of the car. That's kind of disappointing.
This place is good. The budget wash is a decent price at $9 (May 13,2023). There is a membership if you want but I don't wash my car enough that it makes sense. It is better prices than some of their competitors. The vacuums need some work as they don't have as much suction as they used to. I've been going here for years and usually impressed. Also, they have a great mission to hire from the wonderful autistic population.
I'm a bit disappointed by the washer itself. I picked the $29 wash thinking I'd get an awesome clean and shiny 2020 Durango R/T but instead I got a scuffed up door and dirt steaks where the brushes missed. The back of the SUV has a 14" dirt colored miss and the left side wheels were missed completely. It's like I drove half a car in. I get the miss, it happens due to the shape but the wheels are a new one. Right side was fine. Vacuum was good and got the sand up. I'm thinking the cheap wash is the way to go now since spending the extra has no benefits.
Three years ago I gave you a 5-star review. Today I’ll drop to the lowest level of feedback. I’m extremely disappointed by the way you resolved to deal with your negligence. I’m the owner of the Mustang your conveyor caused to bump it with the car in front and the car behind with mine inside the tunnel of your carwash. Even if the car in front of mine was at fault for applying the brakes your carwash conveyor had to find a way to automatically shut down operations but no it kept going by causing three cars bumping into each other. It’s easy to send out drivers to deal with their insurance companies and you said you had no part in this. I agree let the insurance company manage the claims. However, you should not send three cars so close in the tunnel. It was so heartbreaking to see how I trusted you to wash my car and see on your videos how my car was being damaged front and back. I didn’t expect a refund, which was one thing you should’ve done. You just lost a customer. This is a 6-month old car and the only place it was taken to wash it was your business but you failed to treat a loyal customer right. Solve two things:
1. Don’t pack the tunnel with cars,
2. If a driver freaks out and apply breaks, find a way to stop operations on the spot and figure out what happens.
Those two things would’ve avoided my car being hit back and front by two other cars in the neutral position.
Didn't get the big stains off the car and the wheels were still dirty. Self-vacuum is helpful though. Also helpful staff.
