Wow! One of the best, by far Italian restaurants on east coast. The service, the dinners, the food presentation was absolutely amazing. If you are traveling to Miami, this is so worth making reservations for. Enjoy and Salute!

What a rare find! This has the feeling of an old family Italian restaurant - and for all I know it is! The traditional bruschetta was the best I've ever had. The fettucine alfredo was the best I've ever had. Notice a trend there? Other reviewers are honest with their high praise.

My only disappointment was a forced 18% gratuity, I would easily have left more than that and only agree with the imposed gratuity on large groups.

Fantastic service, fantastic food, super friendly staff, great ambiance, good prices. Pizzas were epic as were the desserts.

They only allow certain people in, if not they’ll tell you to eat at their little bar or outside which is kind of rude honestly because they had so many other tables empty and available but they still wouldn’t give us one and told us to eat outside. I did not notice until I had sat outside and was there for a while that they only allow certain people in and mind you me and my partner were dressed nice but we still received that treatment and Also their place place isn’t a fancy place at all for them to be doing this type of stuff.

Hands down the best ravioli I’ve had in my entire life. Their sweets and service are also epic. I definitely will be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

The food is really good, but the reason for my review is because of the service. When my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted and told that if we didn’t have a reservation that we can eat at the bar or outside because all of the tables inside were reserved. The tables inside remained empty even after we payed our bill. We saw a few parties go in and they were allowed to sit inside.

My girlfriend and I decided to come here, since it was her birthday and we wanted to do something nice to start the day. Unfortunately, they got my girlfriend's food wrong and already set the tone for the rest of the experience. They took both our plates back, and brought out her correct order, however they decided to leave my food to sit, while hers was being prepared, so by the time it made its way back to me, it was cold. I only leave good reviews, but seeing the rating this had and having high expectations, I felt it was necessary to let the public be aware before coming.

If one night, out of nowhere you have pasta craving this is the place to go! Couple of weeks ago around 12am, a pasta craving came to me, i thought about ordering at that time on UberEATS, but then my girl convinced me to wait for the next day. I'm so glad I did!

Their location is pretty small but cozy, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even changed our tables two times since we didn't feel comfortable. This restaurant has all the important points down, but even more their quality of food.

We ordered the bucatini with brócoli, and Italian sausage. It was perfect it came out al dente which I love, their red sauce was delicious. My girl ordered a dish that wasn't on the menu and they were flexible enough to cook it. Fettuccine with pink sauce and meatballs, this was hands down the best dish of pasta that I have ever had.

All in all this is the place to go when you want real pasta, will definitely recommend this place.

What a marvelous delight! Food is authentically incredible! Service is excellent and atmosphere bare resemblance to places in Italy. Desserts are wickedly delightful! Sadly no photos to share. But I am a happy man after I leave there.

Visited back in February when I was in Miami for the boat show. The food was DELICIOUS. Service was SPECTACULAR. Highly recommend. Can't wait to dine here again.

My wife and stopped in at Fratelli Milano Italian restaurant for dinner tonight. This is a wonderful family owned restaurant. We started with the caprese salad, they put a thin slice of red onion and that added a special crunch touch to the traditional salad! Great balsamic, thick and sweet! Our waiter was William, very courteous and attentive! He greeted us with a big smile! For the main course we both got the pollo caprese. That was wonderful, very tender chicken breast with a generous slice of burrata mozzarella with tomatoes. Cooked to perfection! Very generous portions. It came with broccoli and cooked tasty potatoes. This is my new favorite Italian restaurant! Max was also our server, super nice and checked on us regularly. The general manager Davey stopped by our table and introduced himself and gave us a quick history of this lovely family restraint. We got the Dulce de Leche Panna cotta! I am a dessert guy and I loved it! What a great place to enjoy a great dinner out! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

I spent some time in Miami recently and planned on visiting two specific restaurants based on their reputations - Zuma and Il Gabbiano. These two highly rated restaurants were very good in both ambience and food quality but they didn't come close to exceeding my expectations as the experience my guest and I had at Fratelli Milano. We stumbled upon this place while shopping in downtown and stopped for lunch. It's a small place but it has a lot of charm. We ordered the lunch special of the day which was a pasta trio (Tortellini, Fettuccine and Gnocchi with Pesto, Alfredo and Vodka sauces). My God. It was amazing! I couldn't stop eating it. I truly wasn't expecting the quality of the amazing home made pasta and delicious sauces. We loved it so much that we went back for a late dinner. Needless to say, we both slept very good that night!

The best part of both visits was, like Zuma and Il Gabbiano, the service was impeccable but, unlike these two restaurants, our bill was 1/2 of the price! 5 stars for quality and value. Fratelli Milano will be the first on my list of restaurants to visit next time I'm in town!

The entire experience was great. The menu has a great selection of Italian classics accompanied with a good wine list. My wife and I shared a bottle with two different very enjoyable pasta dishes. Highly recommend for anything from a family dinner to a nice date night. We will definitely be back.

Ordered food on Uber Eats and 47 minutes later was told restaurant was not accepting orders. Terrible service to just refuse customers.

The food is phenomenal. We stopped here on our cross-country trip. I'm just loving it, I would love to come again. Amazing local Italian restaurant offering authentic flavors - must visit! Good wine selection and very helpful staff will definitely make your visit enjoyable. Just, wow! What a happy surprise! Kudos to the chef!

We were visiting for a week and we couldn’t get enough of this place! All of the pasta is fresh and so tasty! Definitely recommend the Fettuccine Allo Scoglio for seafood lovers)
