Bo Milton runs a great business and his customer service skills are second to none. Riteway is far superior to the competition for responsiveness and overall customer commitment due to Bo's leadership Patricia does a great job of keeping all the records and billings organized which makes our job easier.
Bo and Coastal Waste/Riteway were a delight to work with! I have scheduled hundreds of roll-offs nationally, as many as 12 per week. Not only were they able to accommodate our strict schedule of 6 AM delivery and removal the same day after 2 PM, their follow-through was exceptional! I am happy to recommend them.
I was doing a renovation and having a dumpster there during that week was not only useful, but ended up saving us a lot of time and money compared to hauling debris to the dump every day. Riteway delivered the dumpster on schedule and picked it up when they said they would. There was no surprise charges or anything. It’s nice to see a company doing what they say they were going to do when they say they’re going to do it.
Rented dumpster from them. Major hurricane coming they didn't show up to remove the dumpster I call them they're closed I will be filing a formal complaint with the city of Palm Beach Gardens solid waste management and any other entity I can find.
Ordered a dumpster from Riteway last week and the process was extremely user friendly. They have the expertise to tell you what size dumpster you need depending on the kind of job you have (which was a life saver for me). It was delivered on time and picked up on time it was a great experience all around, I will be using Riteway in the future.
It was my first time renting a dumpter and I wasn't too sure how it worked. I was referred to Riteway by a contractor friend of mine. They made the process really easy. Their driver was there on time to deliver the dumpster. Would recommend to anyone who is doing remodeling like us.
