They charged me 100.00 more from what receipt said they said new people did it wrong so it's not there fault let's blame the customer so I won't be going back if there was a minus 5 star that's what they would get from me.

Doctors should schedule patience in order to see them within 15 minute of the scheduled time. I had an appointment with dr. Ritz and was forced to wait past the scheduled time. I rescheduled and was brought in only to have a technician start the visit. I was only there to have a consultation on my tests results. I informed the tech that I was there for a consultation. She left the room and dr. Ritz STORMED in the room and proceeded to chastise me about not having the tech do tests. He said it was part of the consultation. Then he STORMED OUT. In the first visit he told me "I perform all the testing". But now it is OK for the tech to perform testing? I know the medical billing game as I used to teach it. I was fine with paying for the visit! Bottom line is that he is rude and disrespectful. It is apparent he schedules too many people on top of each other. The lady ahead of me was scheduled for 8: 45AM and he had not even seen her and it was 9: 05AM when he was yelling at me. Nothing he could say would excuse his rude and disrespectful behavior.

The offices are clean, and the staff is great. Dr. Ritz is the best in the business, going beyond his paper obligations, and doing what's best for his customers.

I've seen Dr. Ritz for years, he's amazing! Lately the service of the office staff has gone down hill. You used to walk in and everyone at the counter would greet you. Now it feels like your a burden to the staff with no acknowledgement. Pretty sad.

Dr Ritz and Sr Rawls always provide such excellent patient care. I send all my family and friends here. Informative and they may it easy to understand everything that’s going on. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eye care.

Positive experience. Nice selection for frames and lens options. Personable service, doesn’t fell like assembly line. Accepts most insurance; recently discontinued accepting Davis eye.

Called today to make a new patient appointment, receptionist was rude and they told me their soonest appointment is end of April? Almost 4 months out? Crazy.

My experience with Ritz Eyecare was very positive. I saw Dr. Rawls and she is very pleasant and knowledgeable in her field. She explains things very well, took the time to answer all my questions and I felt very comfortable with her. The front staff was also very kind and helpful. I would recommend these doctors and their services to all my friends.
