Very happy that I selected Ritz & Johnson! Friendly and very customer serviced oriented staff! Dr Gigi is great!

Dr. Menjavar at Ritz and Johnson is a wonderful eye doctor, the best I can find for my gas permeable lenses. I had an appointment today and it was on time, quick, and thorough. Also, they have the latest in testing equipment.

This is a great group. They are very courteous, professional and cheerful. I’m so glad I found them to handle my eye care needs.

The people there are very helpful and the Dr takes time to explain your problem to you does not rush you off.give them a try

The staff was very friendly and professional, the appointment was on time me and husband bought glasses and that went very well, over all a great experience.

The only reason I’m giving you guys 3 stars and not 1 star is because the office staff is friendly and Dr. Menjivar is outstanding.

If you own nice glasses that are limited edition with only 500 made, like Jacques Marie Mages that costs $700, do not bring them here to get adjusted. Spring 2022 Jacques Marie Mage Plaza Marquis color was damaged.

Got them adjusted and it was a great fit. That’s where the positivity ends. Left the office wearing them and went to the gym right down the street at the zone. As I went to take them off and put them in my sunglasses compartment, I noticed the damage.

I was basically told glasses adjustments are a courtesy and they are not liable for damages especially with brands they don’t carry. Yeah, ummm that’s something that should have been disclosed up front and I would have never allowed them to proceed.

I included some pictures (please ignore the laundry detergent that spilled last night after going grocery shopping and noticing the following day.) There’s more marks around the glasses, but these were the most significant. I happened to get it mostly out using a magic eraser, car rubbing compound, polish, and wax

Lesson learned.

It was my first visit! It was a very great experience. Everyone is soo friendly. This will definitely be my eye doctor place from now on.

Very professional staff. I have been going there for 10 years and have always been treated in a very courteous manner. Always a very short wait. I would recommend to anyone.

The staff is so helpful and kind! I appreciate Dr. GG she is always very professional, thorough and personable. They all make you feel like getting glasses is the greatest experience ever! If you are looking for quality service and care this practice is where you want to go!

Wonderful experience, as far any
expectations for an eye exam.also treating my eyes for a chemical burn that happened when a gas can sprayed me in the face. Dr. GG was fantastic. I highly recommend her for your eye care needs. I also ended up getting some Oakley eyeglasses for my declining vision and can't wait to get them. Thanks Dr. GG.

I have been a patient here for over 40 years and I have always been pleased with the quality of care and service that I received. Initially, I saw Dr. Johnson, but upon his retirement, I have been seeing Dr. Glatter -Gotz. I am beyond pleased with her! She is really a specialist in her field. She does very thorough exams, asks questions and answers any questions that I have. She is never in a hurry and her wait time is really acceptable. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s really someone I trust my eyes to!

I needed help with an eyeglass issue that my visiting father-in-law was having. The fine staff at Ritz & Johnson fixed us right up and got us on our way, easy breezy. Thank you, Carol, I will never go anywhere else for any eye care needs in the future!

The experience at Ritz and Johnson's office is totally 100% wonderful. The wait time in the waiting room is short the staff is friendly the doctor is excellent the exam is thorough and I'm very happy with going to Ritz and Johnson now and in the future.
