I have not received my full order months later and the company is ignoring attempts to communicate.

My order is extremely late and I still haven't gotten any updates.
My first email was months ago.
They have no other customer service options other than their email, meaning you have to wait. If you call their phone, you get a bot telling you to email them.
In my case it's been over 6 months of waiting.
The Merch I ordered is very important to me but even if I were to ask for my money back, they wouldn't respond to that email, either.
They are thieves. Watch out for them.
