My husband and I are current patients of Dr. Rivas, we really appreciate the genuine concern he shows towards our symptoms. We are also surprised by how much time he spends with his patients. I feel like most doctors spend a minute or two with their patients and hurry out the door. It’s nice to know some doctors really do care.

Always a pleasant experience when ever vising Dr. Rivas. The Staff is courteous, helpful and professional, ALWAYS. Only thing we wished he had offices closer to West Palm Beach or thereabouts. Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Rivas. I was very scared the day of my endoscopy and colonoscopy. He put my mind at ease and explained everything and gave me the confidence I needed to feel like I was in very good hands. The procedures went extremely well. I felt nothing the day of or any day afterwards. He is a very thorough and professional physician. We go very often to Doctor Rivas office, due to my husband's illnesses, he is very compassionate with the Patients, his staff are very helpful, they listen to your needs, it is a Doctor that takes his time with his patients, sadly due to my husband's illness, We bother him a lot, and he is always there for us, we need more Doctors like that, definitely would recommend Doctor Rivas, if we can give him a 10, we would.

Dr. Rivas takes time to listen to patients. He treats with a holistic approach and cares for the well being of his patients and progression physically and mentally.
The office staff is helpful and friendly. They return phone calls in an extremely timely manner. They work to expedite processes when necessary.

My first visit to Dr. John Rivas was fantastic! He is a kind, compassionate professiinal Hepatologist who listens and takes time with his patients. He is very bright, young, innovative (handsome) and knowledgeable. He knows what needs to get done and ordered tests for my liver to be done right away! Much to my surprise I was greeted by two young. Dr's working with him who were also very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant as well. Sorry, the names escape me at the moment. Office staff are also kind, professional. Overall experience was a 10! I feel confident I will be well taken care of by Dr. Rivas and his fellows! I was surprised to get a 2 week follow up appointment after tests are completed. Some other Dr.s offices don't even call you back when you try to get an appointment, and when they do answer the phone they tell you they don't have availability for one to two months out! I am calling them the Magnificent 3! Tip notch guys. THANK YOU

I have been to many Medical Centers in my lifetime but visiting Rivals Digestive Center was probably the greatest of all. From the front desk staff to the Health care staff they were all a cut above the rest. Their customer service was second to none and the young doctor who took care of us was nothing less than classic; and to top it off Dr. Rivas was just great. Make RDC your care zone for Digestive care.you will not regret it.

Dr. Rivas and his staff are warm and inviting but most importantly very knowledgeable.
For me the anxiousness and nervousness was gone know that I was in good hands.
