6I closed on my house in RiverBridge April 29 and its going up for sale Aug 1. I have nothing good to say about Riverbridge or the way its run! DON'T MOVE HERE!
The facilities are great. Never really interact with the people in the office so I can't say anything about them. Could be super nice or really mean I don't know. But they do stay out of your way when your at the pool or using one of the courts. Had one really annoying security guard but they got rid of him. I don't mind seeing security but when they start making up rules and making you feel unwelcomed it's annoying. Be human, it's not my fault you hate your job or your life.
It's always a pleasure to interact with Riverbridge POA! For today's (6/12/2020) visit, Sarita was so sweet & Eddie was a gentleman, as always.
A lot of things to do. Gym, tennis court, ping pong. A pool table. And more. It is safe and friendly neighborhood
Very rude management of the POA with poor conflict resolution skills. I have been living here for two years and during that time I have lost a lot of respect for the POA management here.
River Bridge is a gated community consisting of 1,133 homes and condos in 19 sub associations and has one master association overseeing the entire community and common areas. It's well kept, managed and secured. It has 2.4 million annual budget for 2018.
