Dr. Baig and his staff are terrific! I recently moved to DeBary and had great anxiety in finding a new dentist. My neighbor recommended I try the office. I’m glad I did! They run on time with their appointments. I never have to wait.

River City makes getting your check up and cleaning a pleasant experience! Staff is friendly, professional and provide excellent service. Would recommend this dental clinic to my friends.

The staff was very friendly and the office was very clean and nice. The only issue I had was when I initially called they said they accepted carecredit, they processed my payment with my care credit and issued a reciept.only then to call after I had left to say they could not accept my carecredit for their smile plan. This was rather inconvenient and I would not have booked with them knowing this. The problem was resolved, but they came across as if this was my fault when in fact they took my payment with no mention of an issue. Overall I would recommend them, but just make sure you clarify their payment policies.

Going to a dentist office is at the bottom of my list. Office personnel and hygienist assistance were the best and made you feel a little more at ease, considering what you were there for. Dr Baig delivered top-notch dental service. Would highly recommend this dentist office.

I have never had such an amazing experience with any dental practice like I had with River City Dentistry. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. They even had a sign at the reception desk welcoming me as a new patient. My wait time to be seen was less than 10 minutes. WOW! My first visit, yesterday, was great. Nice, clean, and ordered office spaces, friendly front office staff, and the dentist and technicians were really good. They kept me well informed of what was going on, in the exam and teeth cleaning process, shared clinic photos for decision making, and were very efficient at working with my insurance company to tell me exactly what the costs for me would be for various non-emergency dental maintenance and care. Exactly what I want in the way of a dentist office, one that collaborates with me and my insurance program toward best outcomes for all.

This is by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. I was recently forced to switch dentists after my dentist no longer accepted my insurance. The moment I reached out to River City Dentist I was impressed. They got me in quickly for an exam and cleaning. The process was seamless to switch and all paperwork was handled electronically and completed before my visit. The X-ray and cleaning experience was by far the best experience I have ever had and the Dentist was so kind. If you are looking for a new Dentist this is the place. I actually can’t wait to go back.
