My husband and I got married at River House recently and has the most amazing experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere else!

We love the River House! The event space is right on the water and always look beautiful inside. Allison and the events team is always so easy to work with.

We go to River House at least once per week for senior classes and activities. The venue is beautiful and I'm sure any event held there is wonderful!

Went to the Happy Hookers! Had a great time! Love the ladies! Very friendly and they know everything about Crochet and Knitting! Going back this week

If you a searching for the perfect St. Augustine wedding venue, look no further! The River House is such a magical spot and not only do you get the feel of downtown but you get to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle. Allison and Devan went above and beyond to ensure that the venue was ready for my wedding and guests. Even a few days after Hurricane Ian flooded the streets Allison was on top of communicating with me that the venue survived and was ready for us. The building itself is absolutely stunning, I loved that I could get married outside with the water behind us while still having an indoor reception, and the best part, our guests didn’t have to travel between! They are so accommodating and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to be at the River House on my best day! If you’re considering this venue, you have truly found a hidden gem!

An outstanding location that hosts events to benefit the seniors of St. John's County. The staff is amazing and dedicated to helping seniors with a Meals on Wheels Program, Care Connection and the Sunshine Center which has a Day Care.

The River House was my dream wedding venue and it most certainly did not disappoint. They were nothing but absolutely amazing to use through our long journey. We booked the venue in 2019 for a March 2020 wedding but unfortunately our date was 5 days after Florida was shut down and we had to postpone. We ended up postponing multiple times due to surges in Covid with concern for the older family members and we just really wanted to have a safe but fun and not super restricted celebration. The River House team was so understanding and flexible each time we had to sign a contract and we are so thankful we were able to keep a contract with them, worth every penny! We finally had our day July 3rd, 2022 and when I say they made sure everything was perfect, I mean it. They were so understanding and helpful and we didn't just feel like another random wedding- we felt like they really cared about how our day went. The views of Saint Augustine from this venue are enough to book it but trust me when I say that their customer service, hard work and genuine dedication to their craft is enough to book them now! You will not be disappointed and your guests will rave for days about how beautiful of a place it is. Thank you River House team for making our awaited celebration the best day ever.
