Love this dentist and office! Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. They really care about you and get to know your preferences so they can best serve an individual. The office is cozy and beautifully decorated, the associates are gentle and very informative, and Dr. Thomas is simply the best- taking the time to really answer your questions and explain issues and options fully. I have never not once felt like a burden here and would recommend the experience to those near or far. They are also very accommodating to those with a fear of dental procedures.

I called for an emergency exam as I believed I had a Gum abcess. The girl that answered said they don’t do Emergency/Walk in services and was booked solid for 6 weeks in advance. In addition, they would not be open again till after the 1st of the year which is understandable, since they don’t do Emergency/Walk in Services. Their ad on here says they do ER services. Very Misleading.

My husband and I just had our first appointments with Dr. Thomas and I can't say enough about the level of care we received. I called the office to make my appointment and spoke to Kelly, the office manager. She was so friendly, helpful and patient it took no time at all to schedule my appointment. When I called back to make my husband's appointment I spoke to Natasha and she was just as amazing and walked me through the insurance verification process leaving us with nothing to do but show up. We arrived to a beautiful cozy office. Dr. Thomas makes you feel like this is an extension of his home. This is a unique warm and friendly atmosphere with such a wonderful staff. Karla did an amazing job cleaning our teeth. In all our years visiting hygienist Karla is truly the best. Deana, Dr. Thomas assistant is a master at her craft and a true pleasure to be around. I can honestly say, you will enjoy your trip to the dentist. They are setting the standard for care. We look forward to seeing you next time.

I will miss Dr. Mashod. He was a really good and honest dentist. But I feel that Dr. Thomas is also. He and his staff are friendly and caring. Making each visit very pleasant.

Dr. Thomas at River Point dental has managed to put years of dental anxiety behind me. From the time you walk in to the office you are given the red carpet treatment. Everyone in that office treats you like family. Natasha and Kelly at the front made checking in and out a breeze. Karla is simply the best hygienist in Jacksonville and Dr. Thomas and his assistant Deana work in perfect sync with each other. This place like a spa for your teeth and I would highly recommend it to everyone. My smile has never looked this good!

I was referred by Dr Alexander Fetner, an expert in Periodontal Medicine, to contact his top select choice, known for expert in Dentistry medicine, Dr. Antony Thomas, during my first visit, you will sense his superior expertise in everything dental, this was my first visit. He put me at such exceptional ease, in that first moment you meet him. He is warm and friendly it didn’t take long before you realize you can relax and trust his expertise, that is so important as he explains his examination findings in detail and gives you his professional evaluation of choices that you can make.
I had two prior uncomfortable experiences with two separate dentists, that being said, I now have the best highly skilled compassionate professional in every area, I recommend Dr Antony Thomas, for so many reasons he is impressively knowledgeable and kind, understanding of bad dental experiences. I believe you will find him to be all of what I say here, he is the best, for any who rather not go to the dentist at all. Absolutely love this place! When you walk in the door, you feel very comfortable. Dr. Thomas is an excellent dentist and has provided me with wonderful care, and always with the friendliest of personalities. My hygienist, Karla, does an outstanding job and is exceptionally gentle. She is very thorough and takes pride in her work. Kelly at the front desk is friendly, cooperative and efficient. Dr. Thomas and his staff follow up after every visit and easy to work with scheduling. I am confident I have the best care and would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Dr. Mashod has been taking care of my teeth for the last 28 years. This has ranged from routine teeth cleaning, cavity fills, gluing a cracked tooth back together, extraction, and a root canal. He has also taken care of my mom and dad for the same amount of time. The service he provides is second to none and he explains everything in detail. Highly reccommend!
