3My daughter (16) has been doing the boxing classes at River Strong Fitness for the last 2 months and absolutely loves it! I was pleasantly surprised how much she enjoys the classes, and it is such a good work out for her. The instructors are fantastic.very patient and motivating. Very happy to have such a great place for my daughter to get a good cardio work out in.
This is a great gym run by some really nice and genuine people. Boxing and strength oriented. They have the equipment that other gyms don't, and don't have all the circuit training stuff.
Been going here since September and it was the best decision I’ve made! Since day 1 the trainings have been spot on to my needs and the environment and motivation from all coaches is amazing! Highly recommended for any level of fitness!
