My first experience at the downtown Naples office was very pleasant. I was greeted with a smiling face at the front desk, was led to a room by Alexis who was personable and professional and saw Stephanie Simmerman for a medical procedure. Stephanie was professional, personable, put me completely at ease, and completed the procedure both painlessly and promptly.

Dr. Dy is exceptional! She is thorough and shows genuine care and interest in her patients. I would highly recommend her as your dermatologist.

Riverchase continues to be our derma provider of choice, and Dr. Stephanie Simmerman is, quite frankly, our heroine. She is inquisitive, gets out in front of symptoms to create and implement treatment plans, shares a remarkable attitude and outlook, and has kept both of us far away from less pleasant alternatives. 10/10!

Dr. Cohen listened, asked questions about my history and previous medicines and treatments, and was helpful in resolving my psoriasis flare up. The front desk was helpful with processing my new insurance so hopefully I’ll have my medication soon.

I had Mohs surgery and Dr. Eilers and his Medical Assistant, Matt were exceptional, patient and kind. They made a not so enjoyable surgery, much easier! Highly recommend!

Dr Dy is a very caring Dermatogist, she pays attention listening to my skin problems, and treat the lesions on my face very carefully. She also gave me the medication to apply at home. She treated a small area first, if results turned out good, then I will return back for Dr Dy to treat the rest of my face. I am a 40+ years registered nurse and I am very happy to find such good doctor in Naples.
