-WARNING-
I’m astounded that they deleted my review
Do not trust this dental practice,
They did a terrible job on my filling,
Went to another dentist and they had to redo the filling I got after wasting a ENTIRE day at this practice being promised multiple fillings, they numbed my mouth and only gave me one filling.
The said filling was dug too low into my jaw and caused an infection, so their work caused me to have to get a root canal! BEWARE! Bad practice with even worse customer service and even more sad they they delete reviews!

***DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN CLEANINGS AND CAVITIES***
If I could give 0 stars, I would. 11 years ago I busted my front teeth in an accident at camp, and I came here with my mom. They started the process of shaving down my existing teeth for crowns. It was the most PAINFUL experience and so unnecessary. They would destroy my gums every time I went, which was multiple times. They would pull the temps out, me crying, then try to color match and then say we are good and then put them back. Then yank them back out again to “check”. I finally get the permanent ones in and they were awful. They were so white you could see the metal from inside showing through, so we asked for someone else to do it at this point and the owner stepped up and did them this round. We started the process all over again but this time the teeth looked great and matched. Except for the fact that they weren’t placed correctly and it’s caused painful TMJ that a TMJ specialist confirmed was because of my teeth. My back teeth were rubbing against the back of my two new crowns and slowly just thinning that porcelain off over years. Speed up 10 years and I’m 29 with TMJ, chipped front teeth in the back, and gum issues from them pushing the crowns so far up for whatever reason and making my gums so inflamed that now I’m getting my crowns redone ELSEWHERE, and now have to have my GUMS shaved down and laser them just to have crowns properly fit in my mouth. So, Riverdale Dental, thank you. Thank you for destroying a patients trust and giving them anxiety for dental anything. Every doctor/dentist I go to ask what happened to my teeth because they want to know who had the gall to do this to a young adult to her FRONT TEETH. If you can’t perform something correctly, don’t just guess. You may have replaced my teeth, but you’ve caused so many other problems. I pray and hope this deters anyone and everyone from ever going here for any type of treatment plan other than cavities.

I came in for emergency repair on a bridge. They got me right in and did an outstanding job. They were very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

This is the worst dental office ever! I live in Ohio so this was my first time at this dentist and now I appreciate my dentist in Ohio so much more! There tools here are outdated and the device they use to take x rays hurt my mouth because of how big and outdated it was. Then it came time for the dentist to examine me and he was not friendly at all. He then told me I had nine cavities and that I would need a root canal! I was so upset until I got a second opinion from my dentist in Ohio and my dentist told me that some other dentists like to just say that sensitive areas in your tooth that COULD lead to cavities are already cavities so that they can nickle and dime you. This office also sent my bill to a completely different address then sent me to collections after I didnt pay! They said they tried to call but I never received any phone calls! So sketchy! Do NOT go here.
